The Supreme Court of Western Australia has officially approved the European Lithium merger following shareholder approval last week.
This removes the final major judicial hurdle and brings CRML one step closer to consolidating ownership of Tanbreez.
Next up:
• Oct 27. Merger expected to become legally effective
• Nov 5. Expected implementation
• Nov 6. New CRML shares expected to begin trading
With the legal approvals now secured, attention shifts toward Tanbreez development, financing, offtake agreements and the broader rare-earth supply chain.
Important distinction: Court approval is confirmed. Merger completion is still pending.

If Democrats think Barack Obama going out there campaigning and talking shit about Trump is their secret weapon, they may have seriously miscalculated.
They seem to have forgotten that Trump's rise to power was, in large part, a reaction to Obama's presidency. Millions of Americans wanted change, and Obama going out there talking smack just reminded us exactly why.
I wasn't even planning on voting early, but after listening to him today, I'm so fired up that tomorrow morning I'll be heading straight to the polls.
And if millions of my fellow Republicans feel the same way I do, including those who were on the fence about voting in the midterms, Obama rearing his ugly head today has given them the reason to make up their minds.

The proposed European Lithium merger would leave CRML with approximately $306.6M in combined pro forma cash, based on June 30 financials.
The share structure is also worth examining:
• 90.59M shares issued under the maximum consideration scenario
• 45.54M existing CRML shares held by European Lithium reclassified as treasury shares
• ~45.06M net increase on the filing’s historical pro forma share count basis
That’s an important difference when discussing dilution.
The bigger picture? CRML could emerge from this merger with substantially more financial flexibility to advance Tanbreez without immediately returning to equity markets.
Of course, $306.6M is historical pro forma cash, not today’s balance, and the merger still requires final court approval.

In her first public interview since a reported raid on her Washington, D.C., home, the Minnesota Democrat calls her family's finances "working class," pointing to raising four children and driving a 2016 Toyota Camry.
The interview comes after Homeland Security Investigations agents executed a search warrant at Omar's home on Oct. 12 as part of a reported investigation into her immigration paperwork.
