it’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about building a good product may have some effect on this chart god speed to 10m ARR
Earlier this month, we hit $1M ARR in a little over 2 months after launching When we were fundraising this year, a lot of investors didn't believe in browser agents They were pattern-matching on what failed (e.g. Atlas, Comet) vs. what had just become possible Shortly after, the browser agent space exploded, and now investors are finally interested again From a bird's-eye view, you end up with the same opinion as everyone else. But ideas are fractals: the valuable, contrarian insights are in the rough edges you only see up close Onto $10M ARR!

most of the good growth talent is usually ex ecom , crypto or some internet money background scrappy , fast , used to being profitable etc these skills are 10x more valuable in software there is a reason I am in info + ecom -> just to bring those worlds over to software :)
i built @WisprFlow’s paid ads program here’s how i’d rebuild it in 30 days

proof building a good product + service is unbeatable @whop team always takes it a step beyond they have taken care of everyone I’ve referred , that to me is worth more then a % also had no idea I made any rev off affiliates so ty for the Daytona @iamthemoat :)
Whop Partners can now become Verified: > Adjust fees for your referred businesses > Attribute your deals without a referral link > Join a private network of other Verified Partners Top partners are already making over $1M per year 🫵

sudden success is the worst thing that can happen to you you suddenly lose a sense of what it is that actually happened that led to your success you get fed a false reality and tend to steer off course take a step back and understand truly why something has happened

“Founder tunnel” I see it all the time doing GTM with founders either fixed on a number or living in a version of the company that's years out ( which is ok ) but the work directly in front of them gets blurred you usually can't see any of it from inside the day to day so I force everyone to step back and look holistically the vision stays the north star, then work backwards from it what it does now, what that creates, and what that one creates after - 3rd order thinking those are your calculated bets those are your “ incremental steps “
Someone asked how founders can make their companies huge without being overconfident. It was meant to be rhetorical question, but it has an answer, and the answer is an important one. Incrementally.

influencers and info products into software is very profitable distribution model it's a funnel I got intrigued by decided to learn it hands and learn form the best 12 months to the first million 60 days to the second on track for 500k/m this month all traffic being directed to a complementing software company cheap CAC -> strong LTVs @GadzhiIman has done this well @Base44 is hyper scaling using this model and many others look between the lines and try new things

content is one of the most defensible moats you can build its hard to copy trust and a channel you own @TheInfowiz has done this well he built the pod that brings on the biggest operators in the space , does breakdowns no one else is really doing every episode teaches something real , proves the product works , and pulls in the exact people who need it that funnel then compounds over time well done :)
#1 Most valuable youtube video I've watched in the current era of youtube marketing Thank me later
