Why now
We've spent two decades building things most companies never get to build: a licensed, regulated position that lets us compete with banks. Proprietary infrastructure built the hard way, over years. Scale — 350,000 businesses trusting our platform. And something even more valuable: those customers that give us an enormous amount of signal about what they actually need, and serious pressure to keep improving.
At the same time, the market is moving faster than anything I've seen. AI is rewriting what's possible in finance, in real time, right now. I think there's a window to bring what we've built and what's happening in AI together, and build something genuinely new on top of it. Not a just a new feature. We want to be part of shaping what the future will look like.
Why we're doing it this way
Here's something I've learned the hard way: going from zero to one, in a market moving this fast and this competitive, takes relentless grinding. Real sacrifice — the kind most people, reasonably, aren't willing or able to make. Seven days a week, for a long stretch, going further than feels comfortable.
That's the bet we're making. We're putting real ownership, real budget, and the infrastructure and customers most startups spend years earning behind one founding team — and giving them a real, outsized upside if they pull it off: up to €50 million in Mollie equity. In exchange, they're taking on real risk: lower salary: there's not a lot of time to be spending it anyway, genuine personal dedication. If the team isn't performing, we'll replace it.
We are creating a setup that’s agile by design — the team will work in ring-fenced environment, which gives us room to take more risks and move faster. But it can still leverage what Mollie has built: scale, customers, (banking) infrastructure, etc.

you missed the new open world game from legendary game developer @_chuckyc
ok... uh so I'm making a game... it's like if GTA & Apple Maps v1 had a baby
And that baby was a custom built engine that streams in OpenMapTiles (plus some other public domain mapping data) to render the entire earth as a playable open world game
Engine is all C++ with Metal (and Vulcan) renderer - which means this thing runs on ALL Apple platforms... yes even that one (ok not the watch... yet)
Right now it's just a sandbox world. No "game" - just layers and layers of systems. Earth scale procedural weather systems (rain, storms, clouds, wind, KpI, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc) which means you can see them coming from the distance and travel across the landscape in a timelapse. And every building has a procedurally generated interior.
There's also tons of vehicles, skateboarding (with skateparks), snowboarding (with ski resorts & lifts)
Also a photography mode with all sorts of fun goodies
The whole thing is a bit mad. Work's been insane right now and I wind down before bed by going through all of the work Claude has done that day, playtesting, writing up new project plans, and then kicking off the next day's projects across my 3 Macs in my house wirring on this all day with Opus 5.5 (maybe save that explainer for another crazy person Twitter screed)
Anyway, curious what you think. Now I can post my little updates here instead of blowing up all my group chats with the weird ideas I'm trying next.

Claude Managed Agents dynamic workflows are now available in public beta. It's a new type of multiagent orchestration, built for your most ambitious workloads.
A lead agent writes a plan that runs across many agents in phases, combining the results at the end.
It's pencils down, people. Writing code by hand is no longer an economically viable skill for most programmers at most companies. But the future of making software has never been brighter. Don't you dare black pill this beautiful moment! youtu.be/vDjW_dRyKXY?si=6Fsf…

Startup homepages are far worse than ever.
They're logical, well-structured: and utterly forgettable.
But you need to switch modes to see this clearly.
1. Review your homepage in isolation
2. Compare it against competing products
SPOILER: Your customers operate in mode two. But founders typically review their homepage in isolation.
The good news is most startup homepages are easier to read. That's because AI excels at logical tasks. It can plan a solid page structure and write clear, logical content by copying successful startup homepages.
Now we have a problem.
Your customers have 5-10 tabs loaded for competing products. They're itching for reasons to close those tabs and narrow their search.
So your homepage must present a series of competitive arguments that inspire customers to close the other tabs and choose your product.
An AI-written homepage does the opposite.
It delivers generic headlines, because AI copied the same language patterns and customer outcomes observed across your product category.
That's why AI homepages look solid in isolation, but underperform in any competitive evaluation.
They're IKEA furniture.
Functional, yet unremarkable.
The irony is that competitive differentiation is more important than ever, because AI has enabled your competition to copy your features faster.
So AI created an engineering advantage, which automatically made marketing far harder, then offered you a worse set of tools to differentiate your product.
How do you fix this?
You need to work harder than ever to capture customer feedback, analyse it and identify the language, experiences and competitive advantages that are unique to your product.
You need to map your product against the competition and actively track your advantages: these could include domain expertise, customer service and countless factors beyond product features.
You need to write a homepage that positions your product and each feature cluster as a better answer to the market status quo than every competitor.
You need to treat your homepage planning and copywriting process as a competition and play to stand out.

I'm a conversion copywriter for 100+ startups.
This is my AI customer intelligence system.
Your Claude and GPT agents offer generic advice because they're trained with generic knowledge about your industry.
This is how I fix it.
I create a customized knowledge base for each client using 50-100+ organized sources, including structured customer interviews.
Now I can run prompts that:
• Discover real buyer motivations
• Spot untapped product advantages
• Target competitor weaknesses
• Uncover the alternatives customers actually consider
• Find the words customers use
• Expose blind spots in our GTM strategy
This gives me the evidence and arguments to differentiate your product and prove your competitive advantage.

this is great! but don't leave claudes alone :(
in herdr any agent can talk to any agent.
no protocol, no MCP, no setup. it's just terminals.

New in Claude Code: your sessions can now message each other.
Instead of having to re-explain yourself in another session, you can now tell Claude to do it. It sends a summary (not your history or files), and the other session picks it up mid-task.

My last open-source skill, /no-ai-slop, clearly hit a nerve with 4K GitHub stars.
Today, I’m introducing /human-review, another free AI skill I think you’ll love.
Let’s face it - giving feedback to AI in chat is painful. Asking it to “update the 3rd paragraph” or “update image size to X” is annoying when I just want to edit the text myself or give feedback to AI directly on the page.
/human-review opens HTML and Markdown files in a visual editor that lets you:
→ Edit and format text directly
→ Resize images
→ Leave comments for AI like a Google Doc
I've been using it to edit PRDs, landing pages, product copy, and much more. The whole review loop runs locally, so your data is safe and nothing is uploaded to the cloud.
📌 Get /human-review for free on GitHub:

If you find it useful, please ⭐ the repo so more people can find it.

I gave my kids a way to chat with their grandparents via WhatsApp.
But without screens!
This box lives in their bedroom, they press the massive blue button to record a voice message, and the message is sent to a group with both grandparents.
It’s two-way so when the grandparents send a message back, there’s a ringtone (that we chose together) and the kids run to their room to listen.
The grandparents even get a “listened” notification with a small headphones WhatsApp reaction.
When the kids are away or asleep, the messages queue until their return.
There are obviously quiet hours at night.
My son and I built this over the past few weeks, iterating on the UX.
The kids and grandparents absolutely love it!
I love that they are in direct contact without me in the middle and without screens.

How to become an AI native company:
1. Create a single MCP/API gateway. Let your team connect to your systems.
2. Create a company brain
- Connect your static context ("Who are we", "guidelines", "product docs" )
- Connect your hot context (meeting notes, emails, slack, active projects)
3. Create a company harness. Instruct AI on how to interact with your company brain and systems.
4. Onboard your team into the harness. Create a self-improving loop. Let it learn from their work.
5. Create a model-routing layer. Evaluate and distribute work to the right model, at the right time. Remove vendor risk.
6. Build autonomous agents on top of your company harness.

We had a team of agents rebuild SQLite from its 835-page manual.
It created a replica in Rust which passed 100% of a held-out test suite.
Interestingly, cost varied 15x depending on which model mix we used.
