If you’re negative, negative things happen to you..

More channels and bots won’t fix a community with no direction.

The work behind a healthy community is often invisible, until nobody is doing it.

A discord server isn’t a community just because it has 5k members. If new members don’t know where to start, questions go unanswered and conversations die after announcements, you have a community operations problem. Growth means little if people have no reason to stay.

I’ve been in web3 communities for 2+ years, working across discord, telegram, moderation and community growth. I’m currently open to paid remote opportunities where I can put that experience to work. If your project needs community support, let’s talk. 🤝

Grind and miss the summer, when it comes, I’m Abraham I sacrifice the sun..

Too lazy to work so you want to own a business Or a clothing line, no vision You can't cut corners in a line of life

you’d think after all this time I’d be ready, but look at me, stretching one moment out into a thousand just so that i could watch the snow…
