Really liked what I saw out of Wozniak. Came in with his team down 4-0 in the 5th, competed every AB and ended up sealing a 6-4 victory

HS players will typically take a trap bar dl and turn it into a squat.
When you squat on Monday/Friday and “trap bar dl” on Wednesday. You have now squatted 3 times in 5 days.
What’s worse is the opposite.
