Ok but what I posted is the actual COPV displayed at the event, so this red thing is likely a cover protecting that COPV during the assembly process. SpaceX has had issues with COPV failures due to impact damage during construction You can see its split and taped together. Its similar to this COPV cover

Also. That image you posted is Fake AF, the actual COPV is more spherical and quite a bit smaller

In H2 powered cars it's similar sized, but obviously much more explosive
