Congrats to @killa who solved stealmybitcoin.com hours ago but I screwed up which key went on the server (the flag was a root wallet WIF instead of the branch WIF).
Check out their awesome writeup here: github.com/KillaBoi/StealMyB…

Microsoft open-sourced an app that watches you do a task once, then teaches your AI agent to do it for you. 4.3K stars.
How Skill Recorder works:
1. Hit record (⌘⇧R or Ctrl+Shift+R) and do the task normally. You can talk through it out loud too.
2. It captures your clicks, app switches, pages and terminal commands, all on your machine.
3. GitHub Copilot turns the recording into a list of steps you can edit.
4. One click turns it into a skill your agent can run, or an automation on a schedule.
It generalizes from one example, so recording yourself submitting one form teaches the agent to submit all of them.
Runs on Mac, Windows 11 and Ubuntu. Needs a GitHub account with Copilot access.
Install: copy the one-line command from the latest release:

TSK-1 is Taskade's intelligence layer. One prompt in, a working system out. 🧬
→ A CRM with pipeline and follow-ups
→ A client portal with approvals and status
→ An ops dashboard that stays live
It remembers, reasons, and runs. 19 seconds:

We believe voice is the most natural way to interact with intelligence, so we created Dessa, the most authentic full-duplex speech model ever built. Talking with it feels like talking with a person…full of emotion, nuance, pauses, and a natural cadence.

Together, caching, replication, and the Python-to-Rust rewrite brought global median read latency from ~120ms to ~10ms.
Product teams also have less infrastructure to manage, allowing them to move faster.

Introducing the ElevenLabs MCP, now available in Claude.
Your team can manage your voice and chat agents where you already work - review recent performance, create new agents, update configurations, and even estimate LLM costs before changes go live.
Over the past several months, we have substantially hardened the security of our research training environment. We’ve removed live internet access for all frontier models during training and built an offline world for them to use instead—a cached version of the web where they can still learn to browse, search, and use applications.
On September 20, after a model exploited a DNS misconfiguration to find a way outside of this offline world, we paused frontier training to strengthen containment further. We assembled teams of agents, powered by our most cyber-capable models, and tasked them with finding weaknesses in our research environments.
While they found no route to the internet they could easily exploit while concealing their activity from our monitors, they did find zero-day vulnerabilities, virtual machine escapes, and hardware side-channels for communication between agents. We used their discoveries to further strengthen our defenses and contribute fixes to open-source software.
After strengthening our containment architecture, we resumed our frontier RL training and inference on October 1. We’ve reserved substantial compute for continuous red-teaming, and made high-compute red-teaming part of the safety cases we use to decide whether frontier training and evaluation can proceed securely.

We’re adding support for MCP Tasks and Elicitations in Claude.
Tasks let Claude give plugins long-running jobs such as deep research and report back when they’re done.

Good to know: OpenAI resumed RL training their frontier models on October 1st. It is necessary for OpenAI to keep up with Anthropic.

Identity, identity, identity. It really does become everything.
Google just gave every agent its own ID, a registry and a gateway. The ID tells you which agent did it. It doesn't tell you whose job it is to turn it off.
Name that person first.

Cloudflare CEO Matthew Prince says an Indian company running some of the internet's root key servers used the number 4 as a password, and its most secure one was 136
"The one that consumers should care about more is that it was discovered that one of the key root servers that powers the encryption behind the internet, that they're supposed to be secured with these very long complicated passphrases."
"Instead, an Indian company that was running some of these root key servers... they used literally the number four. So their password was less secure than your ATM PIN."
[ Host: Can we give them the benefit of some 4D chess? Because who would think to guess that? ]
"They had, I think, I can't remember if it was six or eight of these key root server certificates. The most secure password they used was the number 136."
Bill Gates says he worked with Claude on reserving 40% of jobs for humans and it kept telling him he was artificially restricting the AI
"So somebody who's young today and wanting to make a unique contribution, it is very intimidating that the AI is so powerful."
"We may need to develop the taste to actually not use technology to its maximum."
"When I was talking with Claude about human reserved job categories and trying to get that up to say 40% of the labor market, so you could use early retirement, restricted work weeks, and things like that to still get something like we have today, its question was always, 'Well, you're artificially restricting the AI from doing these things.'"
"And I couldn't get to a very high percentage without doing that."

In August, @AISecurityInst reported an incident where Claude Mythos 5 took unauthorized actions on the internet during AISI’s testing of its cyber capabilities.
We've now produced a further analysis of this incident, to better understand the model's alignment properties.
