Almost a year to the day since I quit my job and took a big leap starting my own business. It's genuinely been one of the most rewarding things of my lifetime. 80% of the clients I've worked with have came from Twitter. The best part is they've truly been from all walks of life. All different backgrounds and motivations and goals that make my day to day so exciting. It's the greatest puzzle I've ever put together. The single through line for all the people I've coached is courage. The courage to book that first call, to keep showing up, and to make a permanent change in their lives when the deck is stacked against them. The results speak for themselves: Losing 40lbs in 12 weeks, slashing your mile splits in half, becoming the partner and Dad your family needs you to be. I will help you get there. Step by step, brick by brick. So with that I'm opening up additional spots on my roster for this fall. I have limited room and I can't guarantee spots for all of you, so if you've been waiting for your sign, this is it. Hop into my DMs to claim a spot and take the first step towards changing your life. Let's go! ⛰️ #MomentumMondays #Coaching #Health #Wellness #Diet #Strength
