Here is (part) of Central Michigan head coach Matt Drinkall's quote in opposition to the proposed 24-team College Football Playoff:
i am locked in for another season of being a Ron Holland believer
The Detroit Pistons have picked up the 2027-28 rookie scale team option for Ron Holland, a league source told @spotrac.
Holland will now be on the Pistons books for next season at $11.5M.
i was a fan of the Pat Fitzgerald hire, but in a totally made up fantasyland where guys like Bob Chesney and Will Stein would have magically came to East Lansing if we had just called, I would have loved Jason Eck at Michigan State
he is as legit as it gets
if it weren't for my blind loyalty to Michigan State, i wouldn't watch a second of college basketball
what a clown show

Just in: Sacramento Kings guard Ben Simmons is believed to have sustained a torn Achilles tendon at practice Sunday, sources tell ESPN. A suspected season-ending injury for Simmons after rejuvenated and impressive training camp and preseason performances.
shh. you're not allowed to say this.
The loud and stupid Michigan State fans who think we are a blank check away from being Alabama will yell at you
Replying to @sarge____
Honestly- we knew it wouldn’t be great, now we are missing like 6+ starters, and we are still competing. If we had scored that FG people would be singing a happy song right now. The fan outrage is just dumb at this point.
not specific to any coach, but there is no way P4 football programs can continue to give buyout clauses in coaching contracts with this new landscape.
it will be NFL-level turnover starting next year. $30+ million buyouts will bankrupt athletic departments
[guy who has followed Michigan State football for 20+ years and knew they'd be terrible this season]
"What the fuck? How are they so terrible this season?"
Joe Rossi should put 8 defenders in the box and make Aidan beat us with his arm. If he does, then whatever
But I'm not letting him win with his legs
11 has to get the ball out of his hands. The play call is there, the protection is there - it's on him
