Goodbye to the era of designing presentations slide by slide 👋 If you’re a designer, founder, student, or you ever have to put together a product presentation, this might save you a lot of stress. Gamma 5 is a tool that helps you turn a rough idea into a full, well-designed presentation.
🤝 Paid partnership
Everyone is sick of generic AI, including us. Gamma was the first AI presentation platform to reach real scale. But now that AI tools are everywhere, everything looks the same. Earlier this summer, we came to an uncomfortable conclusion: without a step change in visual variety, Gamma’s output would look and feel too similar to all the other AI tools. The entire point of a presentation is to help someone "get" your idea, to see it as unique and do something with it. We started over. Today we're shipping Gamma 5, the biggest product overhaul in our company's history. We rebuilt Gamma to create presentations that actually look like you and your brand. Your teams can design anything they dream up, following your brand's aesthetic or something entirely new, with every frontier and image model under the hood. And the same goes for your docs, social assets, and graphics. We revamped our agent, design tools, editing, import, export, connectors, and more. Get your ideas out there.

I gave @Framer Agent an idea for an AI CV landing page and took it all the way to a published site. From the initial structure to the copy, interactions and responsive layouts, I kept building and refining everything inside Framer. 500 credits later, this is Vitae ↓ #framerpartner

As it pleases the Lord, I got my first car at 23. 🥹❤️ And I can say this boldly: AI helped me buy this car. Last December, I remember being stranded somewhere while it was raining. I was tired. I just wanted to get home. And when I eventually got back, I opened my Notes app and wrote: “This will be my last December without a car.” I didn’t know exactly how it was going to happen. I didn’t have everything figured out. But I wrote it down anyway. And today… I fulfilled that promise to myself. I got my first car at 23. 🥹 And honestly, this moment is bigger than the car for me. Because I’m remembering all the times I doubted myself. All the times I wondered if I was actually going to make it. All the times I allowed people’s opinions, gossip, trolls and random comments on the internet to get into my head. All the times I looked at myself and thought, “Maybe I’m not enough.” Today, I want to apologize to that version of me. I’m sorry for every time I doubted you. I’m sorry for every time you allowed somebody else’s opinion to make you question your own ability. I’m sorry for every time you forgot how capable you are. Because you are more. You have always been more. And sometimes, you just need to keep going long enough to see it for yourself. AI became one of the things that changed my financial reality. I learned the skill. I started creating. I started offering services. I started teaching. I started building a brand around it. And the opportunities that came from learning AI have taken me places I genuinely never imagined. So this isn’t just a car post. It’s a reminder that your life can change when you decide to learn, adapt and take yourself seriously. Last December, I wrote a promise to myself. Today, I’m sitting in the evidence that I kept that promise. 🥹❤️ And if you’re reading this and you’re wondering how you can start using AI to create new opportunities for yourself, I’ve put together my AI Profit Mastery Course, where I teach AI content creation, realistic images, AI videos, UGC, AI clones, cartoons, movies and the monetization side. Click the link in my bio or comment and start learning. Maybe your next income stream starts with one skill you decide to take seriously. ❤️‍🔥
Manifesting a car before June🤲🏻 I don’t know how it will happen 😫

I was working on App Store screenshots for a fintech app recently, and it reminded me of something, App Store screenshots aren’t just about making an app look pretty. They have to quickly communicate what the product does, guide people through the experience, and make someone want to download the app. For this fintech app, I needed to showcase things like sending money, checking balances, making payments, and some of the key features, all while keeping the designs clean and easy to understand. Normally, I’d have to build each layout from scratch, figure out the composition, create mockups, resize everything for different devices, and repeat the process over and over. That’s where AppLaunchpad came in. Instead of staring at a blank Figma canvas, I could start with one of their 1,000+ templates and build from there. I simply added the app screens, adjusted the layouts, changed the text and visuals, and made everything fit the story I wanted to tell. The drag-and-drop editor made the process even easier, especially when I needed to quickly reposition screenshots, icons, text, and other elements. I also liked having access to 3D device and hand mockups because they made the final screenshots feel much more like an actual App Store presentation. And with 10,000+ graphics and elements available, I didn’t have to leave the platform every time I needed a visual asset. The biggest win for me? It took away a lot of the repetitive work that usually comes with creating App Store screenshots. That gave me more time to focus on the actual design strategy: How do I make someone understand this app in seconds? How do I highlight the features that matter? And how do I make the screenshots feel convincing enough to earn that download? If you’re designing for a mobile app and App Store screenshots are taking way longer than they should, you should check out AppLaunchPad. You can try it here: theapplaunchpad.com And if you decide to subscribe, use ALPX30 for 30% off. #AppDesign #Fintech #ASO #MobileAppDesign #ProductDesign

1/7 I’ve been testing OJO, and what stood out to me is that it gives you more than one way to start. For my test, I used an exploration as a visual reference. But if you already have work in progress, you can also bring in an existing Figma design and build from there. Then you can add skills, refine the result, and take it all the way to a prototype. Here’s a quick look at the workflow 👇

We’re so used to learning how to use new tools. It’d be interesting to see what happens when the tool learns how to work with us instead.

Happy new week Debbie. You inspired me to build my portfolio teapawt.org/Covey_designs_/status/…
MY PORTFOLIO IS LIVE! 🚀 I vibe-coded it with @cursor_ai , bought a domain, deployed it, and now it's out there. Shipping feels different right now. AI has removed so much friction that the only excuse left is not starting. Take a look and let me know what you think: coveydesigns.xyz Ps, I’m open to work/collaborate let’s connect!🔥

Last week I tweeted about cancelling my Claude subscription. I was angry, frustrated, and just tired of none of my tools working well together. But then I got the opportunity to try a piece of software that brought all my tools into one unified system, and I’m so grateful I didn’t give up. Being a solo designer means I rely on only myself and God. But I no longer feel alone. It feels like I have an entire office of coworkers with me. I’ve been waiting for something like this. No one knows what the future holds, but keep the faith and you’ll be rewarded.

I built a customer support AI in 2 hours with @emergentlabs. No code. No developer. Just a clear description of the problem. The result: • Answers customer questions • Handles refunds and order tracking • Logs conversations • Finds patterns in customer requests A few years ago this would’ve taken weeks. Now it’s an afternoon project. Software is changing fast.

One thing I love about e-commerce design: You can often see the business impact of your work. Better navigation, clearer messaging, and less friction can directly influence conversion and revenue.
The Tech/Freelancer space is filled with so much noise. Waking up and doing something random is the surest way to amount to nothing. Trust me. Have a roadmap. (You can send a DM, we'll work on it together and I'll hold you accountable)
