A migrant criminal addicted to heroin and cocaine who stole from a disabled woman cannot be deported because she is "culturally and socially integrated" in Britain, a judge has ruled, despite her offending starting almost the moment she arrived in Britain. Barbara Osmanovic, 40, who has 13 previous convictions, arrived in Britain from Kosovo in 2000 with her family before being granted leave to remain six years later. The tribunal also heard there is little evidence to suggest Osmanovic has made a "positive contribution" to life in Britain in her 26-year stay in the country, but the judge still ruled that she can stay!!! This country is a bloody joke! Deport them all!

So..Russell Brand is jailed for rape and faces "significant" jail time. Illegal immigrants that commit the same offence get, on average, 9 to 11 years. So let's see how his sentencing pans out.
