I was pleased to join traditional leaders in Gweru for the “Not in My Village” Review Indaba, where I reaffirmed my commitment to protecting children and ending child marriages. I commend our Chiefs and all traditional leaders for their bold, consistent efforts to safeguard every child’s right to education, dignity, and a safe future. The progress being recorded across our provinces reflects a growing national determination to end child marriages and teenage pregnancies. I remain encouraged by this shared resolve to protect our children and secure their future.
