Truly terrible service from @sykescottages. When you have a #cancer patient in the family holidays are precious and ultimately last minute. You’ve caused stress and upset and not even called or been available to speak to to sort it out

@sykescottages thanks for ruining the only break away my family will get this year. Last minute cottage booked for a family with a #cancerpatient in between treatment. Cancelled enroute. Can’t get hold of anyone. No one called us back.

We had to ring around with two kids in the car until we found somewhere vastly more expensive last minute. You’ve still not got back in touch. So much for your ‘7 days a week’ customer service.
