Thanks! That would have been nice if you could do it without the extra click (i.e. set a default template). I did however find a workaround by creating a filter, in a similar way as @augustbradley does in his Notion setup. Sets a default but also shows other values.

Got a question on LinkedIn asking if we had anyone within my company that had any experience with Cumulus. These are the default answers that LinkedIn suggested for me to use. Looks like someone needs to work on their marketing...
