This is exactely the type of behaviour that neccesitated Article 14 of the #copyright directive which clarifies that musuems can’t claim © over reproductions of PD works. A disgrace for the 🇪🇺museums involved (both🇪🇸and 🇫🇷Have implemented the directive).
