This is not political. It is fundamental. It is about whether citizens still have the right to question their government. This is now a landmark First Amendment case, and every American’s right to speak truth to power has been put on the line.
Weaponized lawfare does not work against me. It has always backfired on the people who come after me. Most people find criminal charges and lawsuits stressful; the process becomes a form of punishment. But I love this process because it gives me the opportunity to expose injustice at the highest levels. My foundation will be indemnifying members of the Justice League, including @camhigby for their lawful reporting.
I’m calling on all Americans, and especially all journalists, to stand united on a message to the prosecutors in Minnesota: the politics of fear will not prevail in the United States of America.

This week, we helped 3 healthcare professionals an RN, LPN, and a hospital social worker apply for influenza exemptions. All 3 were approved.
Why are we still having to fight this battle every single year? Healthcare professionals should not have to repeatedly justify their personal medical decisions to maintain their jobs.
We’ll keep advocating for informed consent and the right to make individualized healthcare decisions without fear of losing your livelihood.

Minnesota is dead serious about putting James O’Keefe and Cam Higby in prison for a maximum of 10 years.
This case is baseless, but in front of a liberal jury, they can land anything.
Everyone needs to come out and support these two.
They’re exposing fraud and Minnesota is trying to intimidate other journalists from exposing it in their state.

James O'Keefe and Cam Higby are being summons to court by the liberal Hennepin County district attorney.
If either of them fail to appear in court, this hack will get a warrant for their arrest.
O'Keefe and Higby have both been charged with felony unlawful voting and identity theft.
They are both facing 10 years in prison, if convicted.
The DA confirmed that both men NEVER SIGNED THE OATH OR CASTED A BALLOT.
There's no crime here--it's a move to discourage journalists from reporting on the fraud in Minnesota.
I'd like to see the DOJ's Civil division step in here.
