Please note: Two premiers @ABDanielleSmith @PremierScottMoe continue to insist Canada shouldn’t place any export taxes on @OilGasCanada . Despite the fact CAPP admitted the Cdn oil/gas industry s/b fine. In other words, they’re unwilling to do the heavy lifting w/ other Cdns
Replying to @ABDanielleSmith
(2/2) To this end, Alberta calls on the federal government and our fellow provinces to immediately commence a national effort to fast track and build oil and gas pipelines to the east and west coasts of Canada, construct multiple LNG terminals on each coast, increase internal refining capacity, unleash the development of critical minerals, lower taxes, reduce red tape, tear down interprovincial trade barriers and re-empower provinces to develop our unique economies without constant federal interference and imposition of anti-resource development laws. Our province and our nation can overcome the formidable economic challenges ahead. But we can only do so if we start acting like a healthy and functional country that supports every province to export their best resources and products to world markets, thereby achieving their unique potential. By so doing, Canada can become one of the most prosperous and powerful nations on earth. Alberta stands ready to do our part if this true Team Canada approach is taken.

Read this.👇 Ford has underfunded education by $6.5 BILLION. Meanwhile Doug gives $10M taxpayer $ to his strip club owner buddy, buys himself a luxury gravy plane, his MPPs wasting taxpayer 💰💰 staying in downtown luxury hotels and so on and so on, folks😡
Since taking office, the Ontario Conservative government has underfunded public education by $6.5 billion. David Mastin, @ETFOpresident, explains the impact on students to thousands at the Toronto rally to defend publicly funded education. #OntEdUnited

Protecting our water is about more than now, or the next 10 years. It’s about protecting it for generations to come. Some of our youngest Torontonians have shared their drawings with me. My commitment to them: I’ll keep our water in public hands.

I don't know much about Toronto politics, admittedly, but if the jackass CEO of Shopify is endorsing someone (and he is), vote for the other candidate.

Pr @fordnation does NOT protect us, (Quebecers are exempt). “As of 2022, Ontario businesses are permitted to charge an additional fee at the point of sale if a customer wishes to pay by credit card, according to the Canadian Federation of Independent Business”.

Recent findings beg for more research - we don’t have sufficient healthcare funds dedicated to womens’ health, be it research or outcomes. Imagine what could have been possible if PM @MarkJCarney prioritized our well-being over fossil fuels/tax write offs. theglobeandmail.com/canada/a…

I understand that the majority of Canadians approve of Prime Minister @MarkJCarney, notwithstanding how bad Carney's policies are and how he repeatedly fails to keep his promises and commitments. Perhaps the evidence that will come out in this court case will convince a few Canadians who now "approve" of Carney just how bad Carney is for most Canadians. thestar.com/opinion/star-col…

Isn’t it odd Min @timhodgsonmt never speaks of a report commissioned by his own dept, showing a majority of Cdns preferring Canada focus on renewables over fossil fuels, w/ 48% concerned over the impact of fossil fuels on our environment & our well being. thewatchdog.ca/canadians-wan…
