The end goal is to use it for mass surveillance and destruction of democracy, then charge whatever the government will pay. It will not be profitable as a private company, but it will make some individuals rich as an arm of the military industrial complex.

quick PSA. You can't really enforce a personal boundary that's contrary to the group norm, you pretty much just have to leave the group. That's why women tend to be so sensitive and invested in what those norms are.

In the 1980's-2019, in US/EU, thanks to mass vaccination, there were only two types of viruses you could get:
- mild viruses that were easy to contract -- flu, mono
- serious viruses like HIV, that you had to work to get
