Oncology is a demanding profession, asking a great amount of those practicing in the field. Oncology clinicians can set boundaries while still meeting ethical practice standards. Setting boundaries may ultimately allow clinicians to be more present & engaged while working, have more satisfaction with their work, & maintain personal well-being. Pooled analysis @ESMO_Open of trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) in 1970 patients with breast cancer showed incidence of ILD was 11.7%; dose dependent - 22.7% at 6.4mg/kg and 9.3% at 5.4mg/kg. Decreased LVEF seen in only 1.95%. QT prolongation in 7.8%.
