FYI it's going be almost impossible for Trump to find a bank willing to refinance that $400 million of debt since his two main sources of revenue — NYC real estate and the hospitality industry — are underwater because of the pandemic he failed to stop.

1. I was among those who received an e-mail this morning from the former Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court, Charles T. Wells. I asked Justice Wells for permission to quote from his e-mail, and he agreed. I do so in this thread.
