#DeLLphi308- was a small Phase 1B study but encouraging safety profile for subcutaneous #tarlatamab at 15mg dose Q2 weeks for ES-SCLC reducing CRS/ICANS rate allowing for ⬇️ 1-2 hr observation post dosing— moving us closer to being able to give this treatment more comfortably in clinic to a wider patient population.
🫁 In DeLLphi-308, subcutaneous tarlatamab showed a favorable safety profile and preliminary antitumor activity in previously treated ES-SCLC.
➡️ Objective response rates were 20% at 10 mg and 30% at 15 mg.

Proud to share our SAKK 15/19 phase II trial, the first Swiss multicenter study testing thoracic radiotherapy conomitantly with IO maintenance after chemo-IO in ES-SCLC.
➡️ TRT + durvalumab was safe, improved local control (only 27% thoracic relapse), though the primary endpoint was not met.
➡️ Median OS reached 15 months, despite 30% pts with brain mets.
A key step toward clarifying TRT’s role in the IO era.
Phase III trials like RAPTOR will tell us more.
