On Nov 18, the driver of a white SUV killed Nick Cordova, an employee at a local pizza place in D-1 (@sandovalcd1) on a @DenverDOTI-owned road under @MikeJohnstonCO’s watch. “Just awful,” staff said. I agree. Please share. @DenBicycleLobby @BikeWalkBus @pedestrianhonor

Hey all. Denver Food Rescue’s e-cargo bikes were stolen out of a securely locked shipping container between 4pm yesterday and 10am today. Please be on the look out. These guys do great work.

98 degree weather and air quality alert days in September calls for ice cream by bike. Apparently all of Denver agrees as it took 3 stops to make it happen.

Very excited to see @katatwell, @Jaredewy and other speakers back on stage at The Bug!

Well it's intermural season which is great, the weeknight drunk driving and parking literally in the park not so much @denverparksrec
Remember kids if you work hard to community organize, speak at city council, and repeal a historically discriminatory law; people will get so upset that they can't tell you who gets to live in your house they make the entire city vote on the repeal. Vote no on 2f – at Denver, CO

If only there was some sort of sign that you shouldn't drive to cup in hand kick ball followed by flip cup at the park. @denverparksrec

It's the time of year when I ask @DenverDOTI to build us a bike lane not in a spillway down speer. Even a modest amount of rain makes the safest bike route dangerous and impassable. People would be more likely to don a rain jacket and ride if it was safe to do so
Careful out there today #bikeden friends, it’s a soggy one!

This is pretty cool I'd love to see even more brands added!
I had a hard time finding an ebike that fit my lifestyle. So I built this tool to help others find their first ebike. powerpedal.bike @BikeHoboken @Ollie_Cycles @bikejc @bikenewyork

It's amazing that in an internal election there is still an effort to disenfranchise voters and the reasoning for doing so is to stick it to someone who is totally unimpacted.
OK, so the Colorado GOP meeting is beginning with some controversy. There's a motion to repeal emergency bylaws the party adopted and which allows people to vote remotely for the next party chair. It's not clear how many people were planning to vote remotely. #copolitics
It's amazing how this would be illegal in many municipalities. Not to mention the fear that came up in the group living debate of "how many pitbulls?!"

Reminder! The #Denver #CharterReviewCommittee will likely meet for the last time on THURSDAY and make a final recommendation to @DenCityCouncil for review. This could very well determine whether we adopt #ApprovalVoting or #RCV. Details: denvergov.org/Government/Dep…
Screams in economics 😱 that's not how supply and demand works. If the number of available bedrooms increases the prices will most likely fall.

Boy this city council meeting is wild. Someone just said the white flight to the suburbs is going to happen again if we allow 5 people to live in a house. Not a drop of irony or anything and a ton of detail on how this happened in Detroit and Philly before
