As the basketball season starts, I am reminded of @IronCowboyJames “one more” mindset: “No matter what you’ve accomplished for good, you still have untapped reserves inside. Even if you’re broken and exhausted. Even when you’re triumphant, after you’ve achieved your goal. Even when you’ve celebrated and turned out the lights and going home with your party hat still on. You can always do one more. That’s what Day 101 is about. The power of doing “one more“ can be a game changer in achieving your goals. You must not underestimate yourself. Facing challenges and obstacles, it’s natural to feel discouraged. After a door slammed in your face, and slammed again and again, it’s tempting to give up. In those crucial moments, one more step to make all the difference. By pushing yourself to do just one more rep, to make one more attempt or one more effort, you often break through whatever barrier has been holding you back. The extra effort leads to remarkable achievement and personal growth.”

Excited to have a special visitor from a loooooooong ways away! Always great to share the #OceanState @salvewbb @SalveRegina @SalveAthletics @DscvrNewport
