That’s what we do in Austria for those sections where we have toll stations. You go on the website of the motorway company and can either buy the pass you need in advance or just set up an account with a linked credit card and automatically pay as you go – super convenient.

This is becoming a tradition of mine: Osterpinze (brioche bun) with butter, mountain cheese, ham, freshly boiled egg (yolk still warm and creamy), a bit of salt&pepper and plenty grated horseradish. The result: sweat, savoury and even a bit spicy – absolutely delicious. 👌🏼😋
