Hi, it's Darshita. I am a designer.
And I'm pitching myself in public 'cause I'm done with a year full of anxiety.
Everyone says design is dead and AI killed it. But the real parasite was hiding in plain sight.
So here's my film, DESIGN IS DEAD. She's bold, fearless and very PINK 💖
Hiring? My DMs are open.
I knew @pixelandpump was onto something but this website is ABSOLUTE CINEMA, The best website of 2026.

We’re on the ground with clients, learning how they work and building our AI platform around it.
Even at a meat processing centre at 4–5 AM to learn firsthand. Right, @sibaacca? 😅
We’re out of stealth. Hello, Parallel Loop!
parallelloop.ai
How do you keep up with all the changes in AI ?
That's the question I've been asked most in my bootcamps over the last two years. Well, I can now say it openly - it's a part of the job.
Today, @Cyujun and I are launching @parallelloopai and coming out of stealth.
Last year I spent a lot of time in rooms with leadership teams working on AI. Most were growth-stage/pre-IPO companies and mid-cap enterprises. Every one of them had access to the best models in the world. Almost none had AI doing real work inside the business.
Though the tools can always improve, the things that make a company work, like how decisions get made, what the rules actually are and who knows what, live in meetings, email, teams and people's heads. They aren't in the systems. Yujun and I learned that the hard way building FairDee and then scaling Qoala across five countries.
Intelligence has become abundant. What most companies are missing is the context, the systems and the capability to turn it into real outcomes.
That's the gap we're building Parallel Loop to close. We work inside our clients' own environment, with their teams, and we ship production grade deterministic evolving workflows running in loops, in parallel.
Thank you to @3one4Capital , @picuscap, @FlourishVC, @kunalb11, @waiting4_asi, @vijayshekhar and @philipyeo for backing us from the start.

The obvious is missing.
So we built Sol - hellosol.app
Sol finds the work itself, does it, and comes back for your approval.
Every day in our emails we say "I’ll share”, "I'll review”, "I'll get back" - then repeat the exact same thing to an AI. Why?
Sol finds everything you said you’d do & gets them started for you.
It does the research, creates the doc, builds the slides, finds the time, connects the dots across multiple emails, doing everything it takes to get the job done - but doesn’t send, schedule, or share anything until you approve.
Sol runs on its own computer, uses a browser, and has a library of skills that automatically get assigned to the work that needs to get done. No setup. It just starts working.
We've raised $4M from General Catalyst, Nexus Venture Partners, DeVC, PeerCheque, Kunal Shah, and a few others.
Extending early access now.

A reminder for me and you:
The slop is infinite. But your taste is a killer.
We’ve entered a weird era of design.
AI can give you 100 directions in seconds.
1,000 variations before your coffee gets cold.
An endless supply of things that are technically fine.
And that’s exactly the problem. When making becomes cheap, choosing becomes valuable.
The hard part isn’t generating another option.
It’s knowing which option deserves to survive.
What to remove.
What to simplify.
What to push further.
What to leave alone.
AI can generate the possibilities.
It can’t build your taste for you.
That still comes from looking, making, failing, critiquing, obsessing over details, and doing it for years. In a world overflowing with output, taste is the filter. So yeah, just wanted to remind myself and you:
Don’t outsource your taste.

I'm 36. Design + build.
Most products ship the first 95% and call it done. I work on the last 5%.
If that sounds exhausting, we won’t get along.
Looking to connect with founders and builders who care about craft.
Let’s make your product impossible to ignore.

Instinct is in talks to raise about $1 billion at a roughly $10 billion valuation, less than a month after raising $250 million at a $2.25 billion pre-money valuation.
The 23-year-old founder Noah Shinn is building a personal AI agent that can operate software and complete tasks like answering emails, negotiating bills and booking reservations.
Instinct now has more than 100,000 users and has already run into compute capacity constraints as demand grows.
Its valuation has gone from roughly $50 million in the spring to $10 billion under discussion today.

After co-inventing ChatGPT, I kept asking myself: why have superhuman chat models not led to AGI?
I’ve spent the last 2 years in stealth building a new way to train models (RLCD), and a new type of frontier AI model that we are releasing today: Jev
• 20-200x faster
• 40-400x cheaper (w/ output tokens free)
• Frontier composable intelligence optimized for decisions
AFAICT the shortest path to AI-based economic revolution

spoke to enough people at the top, you realize the game is actually pretty simple
once basic needs are met, everyone starts chasing the same things
good sleep, a stable relationship, regular workouts, time alone, books, deep focus, eating on time, and freedom from other people’s opinions
funnily enough, you don’t need to reach the top to start optimizing for any of them

ChatGPT interactions really are in a tier of their own right now...
their camera UX still blows me away daily
i'm really excited about a new send animation we just released for @ChatGPT on iOS!
messages and attachments now smoothly morph straight out of the composer and whoosh into the chat instead of sliding up from the bottom. try it out and lmk what you think!

this question... i have spent far too many hours thinking about. There are many answers, depending on how deep you want to go.
The most pragmatic answer: winning in business is an endurance sport. Too much sprinting makes you worse at marathons.
The art, of course, is knowing what is 'too much sprinting.' But in my experience, if someone thinks they need a break, they definitely need a break (or to go more extreme, they maybe just aren't a good fit for your company.)
The bigger danger imo is people who don't think they need a break, and then they burn out and you lose what may have been a star marathoner because of executing a poor training protocol.
