What absolute rubbish. If you serve the #section21 one day after the #gassafety cert that will not be "at a time when the landlord is in breach" and therefore notice will be valid. Landlords cannot be prevented from taking back possession, just need to remedy mistakes first! teapawt.org/landlordzone/status/95…
