The Alpenglow migration is just a few hours away, and SolBlaze is ready to go!
For the past six months, SolBlaze has been heavily involved in the efforts to test out Alpenglow. It'll be exciting to see all of that hard work finally come to life on mainnet today 🏔️

Big day for @solana. Alpenglow goes live around 14:00 UTC, per @anza_xyz.
TowerBFT is on its way out, with ~150ms finality as the goal.
Meanwhile, @pumpkinspool flagged 151 validators holding 20.3% of stake as unready yesterday.
Gonna be interesting to see how this rollout plays out.
With ~17 hours to go, over 90% of stake is ready for Alpenglow activation 🏔️
There are still validators on 4.3.0 or 4.3.1 that should upgrade to take advantage of performance enhancements, but they will work for the Alpenswitch.
Let's continue to push and get these last validators over the finish line 🏁

BULL BREAKING: ⚠️ 151 Solana Validators Still Unprepared for the Alpenglow Upgrade
Data from @pumpkinspool shows that 151 validators controlling 20.3% of Solana’s network stake, worth approximately 88.9M $SOL, have yet to prepare for the Alpenglow hard upgrade scheduled for epoch 1064.
@anza_xyz and the Solana Foundation have issued advisories warning that validators who fail to migrate will be blocked from voting and producing blocks after the upgrade takes effect.
The transition requires validators to upgrade to Agave 4.3.2, activate a BLS key, and fund each vote account with 0.8 $SOL.
With a significant share of stake still unprepared, validator readiness is a key factor to watch as Solana approaches this network upgrade.

Solana validators still aren't ready for the Alpenglow upgrade!
Statistics from @pumpkinspool show that 151 validators hold 20.3% of the network stake, worth 88.9M $SOL, and are not prepared for Solana’s Alpenglow hard upgrade, set for epoch 1064.
Developers at @anza_xyz and the Solana Foundation released important advisories stating that unmigrated validators will be automatically blocked from voting and block production once the upgrade occurs.
The Alpenglow boundary transition requires all validators to migrate to the Agave 4.3.2 client, use an active BLS key, and fund each vote account with 0.8 $ SOL.
The number of validators who aren't ready is higher than before because it now includes validators who haven't upgraded to 4.3.2 - which Anza has recommended for Alpenswitch.
About a day and a half left. I think we'll see a lot of validators moving into compliance tomorrow.

🚨 Alpenglow update: epoch 1064 on mainnet-beta is tracking earlier than our estimate. Slots are running faster than projected, which pulls the epoch boundary forward.
We’ll share an updated countdown time tomorrow morning once more data is in.

Validators - it's go time:
- Move to an Agave based client - preferably 4.3.2
- Fund your vote account with at least 0.8 SOL
