Hoping local reporters would spend more time on this. billions goes into this. So I’d say it’s materially important from a fiscal lens. But fuck all that. The people that are supposed to be helped deserve better reporting and better care.
This report will tell you a lot about what the Province has been doing that is working and what isn’t. It’ll also reveal the poverty pimps. would also love it if they would investigate as to why the delay? And not just take the Province’s answer spin on it.

Hearing rumors the Prov is going to quietly kill the findings and assessments from Provincial appointee "DTES Czar" Larry Campbell.
Word is he found too many leaks, the DTES non-profit establishment got spooked so asked the NDP to shut it down.
