Reminder why I do pre-hire announcements: longer window! If you had to hire someone within 30 mins, you probably just hire someone in the desk next to you👎🏿 If you had to hire within 1 week? Hire from your network?👎🏿 But hiring slower, you can hire from outside your network.👍🏿

I suggest this approach: * Find a package you're using that's not yet null safe. * Go to its homepage (e.g. github repo) and see if the migration work is planned or underway. If so, ask if you can help in a any way. * If there's no null-safety branch, issue or PR, create issue.
