🚑 Outs / Questionable
There are a lot of WR situations worth tracking this week, so here’s what is currently shaping my board:
🔥 Matthew Golden / Christian Watson - Matt LaFleur said Green Bay has no concern about either Golden’s shoulder or Watson’s ankle keeping them out Sunday. I don’t have much more to add here: both are absolute must-starts for me.
🚑 Emeka Egbuka - this one came out of nowhere and is probably the most concerning WR situation of the week. He’s in the concussion protocol, is also dealing with a foot injury, and was working off to the side Thursday after missing Wednesday.
The medical outlook per @Ribu18 : a concussion requires him to progress through each stage of the protocol before an independent neurologist clears him, and the added foot issue matters because every route break loads that foot. The optimistic path is limited work Thursday, a full practice Friday, then clearance Saturday. The less encouraging path is continued missed or limited work, which would likely push him toward Week 8.
Right now, I’m leaning toward Egbuka missing Week 7, so I have him listed as out until we get something more positive from the team.
🚑 Jaylen Waddle - limited with a chest issue, but this doesn’t sound overly serious. I expect him to play. That said, I’m not starting him with much confidence right now. He’s more of a flex and hope he finally puts together a big week.
🔥 Justin Jefferson - limited with the same ankle issue he played through last week. This looks precautionary. Fire him up.
✅ Jordan Addison - already a full participant with the hamstring issue, so I expect him to play. I’m just not starting him with a ton of confidence this week.
👀 Caleb Douglas - back practicing on at least a limited basis and says he’s day-to-day. That’s encouraging after the ankle injury. Douglas showed real promise before going down, but I want more clarity on whether he’ll be limited before putting him back into my rankings.
✅ KC Concepcion / Denzel Boston - both played through similar issues last week and I expect both to suit up again. You can flex either if needed, but Boston is still the better play for me.
🚑 Deebo Samuel / Mike Evans - Deebo still isn’t expected to practice and I’d be surprised if we see him before Week 9 or 10. Evans is dealing with the Achilles issue, and honestly, if San Francisco is smart, I’d be cautious with him too. At 6-0, there’s no reason to rush him back and risk making this worse before the playoff run.
🔥 A.J. Brown - full participant and no injury designation. He’s playing, and with Romeo Doubs now on IR, I expect Brown to continue seeing the lion’s share of the targets. I also expect him to clean up the drops too.
✅ Rashod Bateman - practicing with the shoulder issue, so I expect him to play. I’m also very interested to see whether Baltimore continues expanding Ja’Kobi Lane’s role after what we’ve seen recently.
🚑 Rashee Rice - not practicing Wednesday with the hamstring. This is a big one. If he can’t get back on the field by Friday, another missed week becomes much more likely. If Rice sits again, Xavier Worthy moves back into the flex conversation.
👀 Adonai Mitchell - finally back practicing on a limited basis following the finger injury. He was playing really well before getting hurt, but now this Jets WR room is much messier after Omar Cooper Jr. flashed last week. I want to see whether Mitchell is actually active before ranking him. For now, Cooper remains a good flex option.
There’s still plenty that can change before kickoff, especially with Egbuka and Rice.
If any major news forces me to adjust the board, make sure to keep checking my live Week 7 WR Rankings at AngleRanks for the latest changes before game time.

QB ALERT — WEEK 7 #FantasyFootball
TWO QUARTERBACKS I REFUSE TO BENCH THIS WEEK.
I’ve been studying the defensive schemes, third-down tendencies and offensive matchups. I see two quarterbacks with legitimate QB1 overall upside this week.
C.J. STROUD | #HoustonTexans vs. GIANTS
The Giants love sending extra rushers. That’s exactly where I want Stroud.
He’s averaging 8.8 yards per attempt and generating +0.40 EPA per dropback against five or more rushers.
Nico Collins is back producing, giving Stroud a dangerous downfield weapon. Dalton Schultz gives him another option underneath.
I see a defense that could get punished for being aggressive.
My projection: 290–320 yards, 2–3 TDs | 20–27 Fantasy points.
BRYCE YOUNG | #Panthers vs. BUCCANEERS
I’m done treating Bryce like an ordinary streaming QB.
He’s averaging 309.8 passing yards per game, and Carolina’s passing offense is leading the NFL.
Tetairoa McMillan is becoming a legitimate WR1, while Jalen Coker adds another reliable weapon.
Tampa’s defensive looks create opportunities for Bryce to attack coverage and punish pressure.
I see a quarterback playing with confidence, weapons and an offensive system finally working in his favor.
My projection: 260–310 yards, 2–3 TDs | 19–25 Fantasy points.
VERDICT
I’m starting both. The matchups are too good and the ceiling is too high.
Bench them at your own risk.

My first thought was that Josh Jacobs would receive less than 16 touches in his first game back and that could absolutely still happen. However, when I looked at precedent, the last 3 notable RBs that came back from a suspension, outperformed expectations.
Kamara in 2023- 24 touches
Ingram 2018- 18 touches
Zeke 2017- 28 touches
Maybe we see a big Jacobs game right away.

The Seahawks should put Zach Charbonnet at linebacker this week against the Chiefs, he's been by far the best player in the league at stopping Kenneth Walker from scoring

🐻 Signed Helmet Giveaway! 🐻
I'm giving away a signed Caleb Williams helmet.
Rules:
1. Follow @Schultz_Report
2. Repost this post
3. Reply with how many yards Williams has vs the Patriots on TNF
🏈 WHAT I’M WATCHING FOR — TNF: Patriots @ Bears
• Caleb Williams / Luther Burden — Can they attack a Patriots secondary missing starting CB Carlton Davis plus two depth corners?
• DeMario Douglas — Is this breakout for real?
• Drake Maye — Can he overcome a banged-up offensive line?
• TreVeyon Henderson — Can he start taking more work from Rhamondre Stevenson?
• D’Andre Swift — What does the backfield look like with Kyle Monangai out?
Five things I’m watching closely tonight. 👀
What are you watching?
#FantasyFootball #TNF #Patriots #Bears #NFLFantasy
Can Henderson force a bigger role?
Chicago is allowing 4.5 YPC, while Stevenson has averaged just 3.7 YPC.
Henderson hasn't taken control of the backfield yet, but this is a good opportunity to make a case for more work.
I'm watching the carry split more than the fantasy points tonight.
Can Maye overcome the injuries up front?
New England's offensive line enters tonight beat up, including both starting guards being unavailable.
Chicago has generated 17 sacks through six games.
If the Bears can consistently get pressure without having to sell out and blitz, this could be the matchup that dictates the game.
Demario Douglas - Is the breakout real?
Last two games:
11 catches
151 yards
3 TDs
With Romeo Doubs now on IR, there's an opportunity for Douglas to establish himself as a legitimate weekly piece of this passing game.
Tonight I'm watching the targets and routes, not just whether he scores again.
Can Chicago take advantage of New England’s secondary?
New England is down starting CB Carlton Davis III, along with depth corners Karon Prunty and Channing Canada.
Caleb went 30/36 last week, and Burden leads Chicago with 43 targets, 31 catches and 361 yards.
With Christian Gonzalez still out there, it isn't a completely depleted secondary — but Chicago should have matchups it can attack away from him.
🚨 RAFEEEKI'S WEEK 7 MUST SITS! 🚨
We're changing things up this week!
We've added Sleeper's projected PPR points to our graphics. The goal isn't necessarily to identify players who will have terrible games. It's to find players we believe will UNDERPERFORM their projections.
That means even a 15-point performance could be a successful Must Sit if Sleeper projected 20!
We're digging into defensive matchups, recent usage, and opportunities to find players who might disappoint relative to expectations.
And here's the biggest change: We're keeping receipts.
After Week 7, we'll revisit every pick, compare actual points against projections, and track our hit rate on both Must Starts and Must Sits.
No moving the goalposts. Let's see how accurate we really are.
Who do you disagree with this week?

🔥 RAFEEEKI'S WEEK 7 MUST STARTS! 🔥
We're making a few changes to the Must Starts this week!
We're adding Sleeper's projected PPR points to the graphic so we can track exactly how these picks perform against expectations.
Remember, these aren't necessarily the biggest fantasy stars. We're targeting players we believe will OUTPERFORM their projections based on matchups, opportunities, and defensive weaknesses.
After the week, we'll revisit all eight picks, compare actual points against projections, and see how many we got right.
No hiding from bad calls. We're keeping receipts. 📊
Braelon Allen is conditional on Breece Hall being inactive.

VALUE ALERT — K.C. CONCEPCION | #Browns
I see a first-round talent whose Fantasy production hasn’t caught up with his potential.
Trigger: 6 targets, 4 catches against Baltimore. Now facing Tennessee in Week 7.
What I see: 22 catches on 35 targets this season. At Texas A&M in 2025, he produced 919 receiving yards and 9 TDs. The playmaking ability is there.
Cost: PPR ADP 125 (WR49).
Fantasy: I’m targeting him as a PPR FLEX stash with upside. Cleveland’s passing offense remains the biggest concern.
Verdict: I’m betting on his talent before his first NFL touchdown. The opportunity is there. I want to see Cleveland use him more aggressively.

VALUE ALERT — KONATA MUMPFIELD | LOS ANGELES #RamsNFL
I’m buying the opportunity before the targets arrive.
Trigger: On October 19, Sean McVay confirmed Davante Adams will miss 6–10 weeks with a ruptured hamstring. That’s a major opening in Los Angeles.
What I see: Mumpfield played 27 offensive snaps against Arizona, third among Rams receivers. Tutu Atwell was inactive. Mumpfield already had the WR3 workload before Adams’ extended absence was confirmed.
Cost: No verified current roster percentage or ADP.
Fantasy: I’m targeting Mumpfield in deep Redraft leagues and monitoring him in Dynasty. Increased targets are a projection, not a confirmed role change.
Verdict: I’m adding Mumpfield as a speculative waiver stash. Adams’ injury creates real opportunity. Now I want to see whether McVay gives him the targets.
