It's launch day! 🚀
Brighter is finally here. We set out to build a learning solution for use at home, after school, and everywhere else. One that teaches skills that go beyond the standard curriculum.
Our journey started with a question: "How do we support the next generation of builders in their learning journey?"

3 separate people have reached out publicly on X saying they would look into this since this started. Not one has followed up, and support continues to ghost me.
This fuck-up is now affecting my production app that relies on the Grok API.
You absolutely cannot and should not put any critical workflows on Grok. Their support is non-existent and their platform is not reliable.
I wanted to root for Grok, but the combined SpaceXAI support does not seem to give a shit.

Not only is @cursor_ai support not helpful
They are aggressively unhelpful. The absolutely refuse to help you unless you go through their e-mail channel which they do not respond to.
I get it, the founders are basically soft-retired waiting for that lock up period to end before they retire into the sunset, but surely someone at @SpaceXSI gives a shit about support, right?

My original Cursor subscription gave me access to Grok bot that seems to be separate workspace than my X account Grok. Now they have created a conflict that won't allow me to unify my accounts but I am being charged for both (when I was supposed to get a pro-rated charge).
My support ticket originally got looked at by AI and then I think a person who didn't solve the issue, but I haven't heard anything back for the past 24 hours and I'm hoping it hasn't got lost in the mix. Can someone help me get this sorted out?

This is by far the worst platform for support, there isn’t a close second
You can’t speak to anyone, you can’t get help from anyone, literally what do you do if you have a issue with your account
They are still trying to take money from a previous subscription, despite me paying for it, the mix of Cursor, Grok and X what you pay for what you get changes by the week
I need someone to look at my account this is stupid, you have paying customers just expected to put up with this nonsense, stop trying to take money from me when I’ve paid!!! This is crazy
Similar boat. Horrendous support. Going 12 days now. Cursor has no support people on X, so you have to get lucky with someone noticing.
Grok Botched - X Subscription Unified??
My account is handcuffed because I tried to align 2 X-handle accounts via X Subscription so that I have 2 Cursor accounts. The confusion is trying to log into cursor and/or accounts.x.ai It's not logical at all. It's a MESS. Please help me - all I want is 2 accounts: personal and biz. each with it's own grok, bots, and cursor. Why was I deceived when I "connected" my account? Why can't it be unwound? Grok is telling me I have to delete my accounts and wait for the billing cycle then reapply-Is this correct? I will lose ALL my chats, plans, and work.

The PHP security team will release updates on October 21 at 14:00 UTC for two vulnerabilities, each rated 9.2 under CVSS v4.0.

Security researchers identified the flaws as CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619 and described them as remote code execution vulnerabilities reportedly affecting PHP versions 5 through 8.
PHP has not yet confirmed the affected versions, exploitation requirements or fixed releases.

The vulnerabilities were reportedly leaked before their planned disclosure. Researchers said they have not observed active exploitation, while PHP warned it may release the patches early if technical details become public or exploitation is detected.
