JUST IN: The Pentagon has published a remarkable image of China's secretive Shenlong spaceplane in orbit, captured by a Maxar satellite and featured in its newly released 2026 space threat assessment.
The reusable, uncrewed spacecraft launches aboard a rocket and returns to Earth on a runway, similar to the U.S. military's X-37B.
China has conducted four orbital missions since 2020, demonstrating the ability to deploy and maneuver near other objects in space.
The DIA warns that technologies used for satellite inspection and proximity operations could also support anti-satellite capabilities.
China has disclosed few details about the spacecraft's missions or capabilities.

Scott Bessent just ENDED both Kamala Harris and Pete Buttigieg’s careers in one fell swoop.
Bessent, who is gay, was asked to respond to Kamala’s recent claim that she didn’t choose Buttigieg as a running mate because he was gay.
He laid out three reasons why that excuse is TOTAL nonsense:
“First, it shows her emphasis on identity politics and you know, the American people moved on.”
“Two, it shows how low regard she holds American people… she was a terrible candidate.”
“And three, you wouldn’t pick Pete Buttigieg because he might have been worst Transportation Secretary in history.”

A conservative watchdog is accusing Florida Senate candidate Angie Nixon of blurring the lines between her nonprofit, her for-profit coffee shop and her political campaign — and wants the FEC, IRS and federal prosecutors to investigate.
The National Legal and Policy Center filed a complaint Monday alleging Nixon's now-defunct 501(c)(3), the Moxie Group INC., listed $210,000 — 90 percent of its revenue — under a vague "other" category with no itemization whatsoever. The complaint also alleges the nonprofit's registration license was transferred to Nixon's personal for-profit business, that donations may have been solicited months after the charity's board voted to dissolve, and that her Café Resistance Bookstore and Coffee Shop doubled as a de facto campaign headquarters without proper payment.

An Illinois man allegedly mailed letters filled with white powder to four members of Congress — then put his own return address on every single one.
Matthew G. Unglesbee now faces two felony charges after the FBI says he sent the letters as a fake anthrax hoax, telling law enforcement the substance was salt and that he chose it specifically because it looks like anthrax. He told the FBI he knew recipients would respond with hazmat suits.
The FBI got tipped off after someone overheard Unglesbee bragging about the letters at a restaurant. A search of his home turned up a fifth unsent letter.
