So HUGE discovery found in Windows 11 Version 24H2, since build 25905. A CPU with the instruction "POPCNT" IS NOW REQUIRED! There are various system files requiring the POPCNT CPU instruction, from the Windows 11 kernel to the USB XHCI drivers. Without POPCNT, it doesn't boot!
Windows system files that require the POPCNT CPU instruction: /Windows/System32/drivers/USBXHCI.SYS /Windows/System32/drivers/dxgkrnl.sys /Windows/System32/drivers/ndis.sys /Windows/System32/drivers/pcmcia.sys /Windows/System32/Boot/winload.efi /Windows/System32/Boot/winload.exe /Windows/System32/esentutl.exe /Windows/System32/KernelBase.dll /Windows/System32/mispace.dll /Windows/System32/spaceutil.exe /Windows/System32/ntoskrnl.exe /Windows/System32/ntkr la57.exe /Windows/System32/advapi32.dll /Windows/System32/win32kbase.sys /Windows/System32/DriverStore/FileRepository/usbxhci.inf_amd64_0a84d7ca82f10648/USBXHCI.SYS /Windows/System32/DriverStore/FileRepository/pcmcia.inf_amd64_47e2021fc6160670/pcmcia.sys /Windows/System32/fveapi.dll /Windows/System32/winload.efi /Windows/System32/tdh.dll /Windows/System32/ntdll.dll /Windows/System32/winload.exe /Windows/System32/conhost.exe

Rolling back a security update to fix a business need that rely on a previous security flaw is exactly the same as asking your car dealer to change your 3 points seatbelt for an old 2 point so you can reach the glove storage while driving in the highways !!!

PayPal has blocked our business account and is holding $1.3M for more than 2 months without explaining what exactly they are not happy with. Even @PayPal support doesn't know what's going on. ⚠️This endangers the production of Flipper Zero in general. More details in thread 1/5
