Yeah. And still crickets from them. The mechanic did say that I could drive the vehicle with only four lug nuts in place, but given what he had just done I’m going to not follow that advice. @Halfords_uk you need to reach out to me today.

Yesterday @Halfords_uk replaced a tire on my vehicle, a service they call a "Mobile Experts appointment". The mechanic they sent attempted to torque the wheel while it was on the air-jack and sheared one of the studs. I'm still waiting for them to reach out to me...
