Huh. Elon's Nazi communication matrix is still a thing? That's a real bummer. Well, I guess I'll check again in a few months. Be safe out there, kids.
Btw, I'm mostly over at Bluesky ( [at] rickmarshall [dot] com ) and Instagram ([at] thatrickmarshall ). Holla!
Monthly check-in here. Platform still owned by the saddest lil' Nazi? ... Yes? ... Okay, see ya in another month or so. (Feel free to visit on Bluesky, which is like Twitter without all the Nazis.)

Weekly Twitter check-in: Why are Democrats still on this platform? Stop legitimizing it. Fine, keep your account, but stop playing with the thing trying to kill you. There is nothing to gain from being active here.
Okay, that's it. Will check back in a week or so.
Just checking in. Yup, this place is still terrible & Elon is still a sad little man-child desperate for the approval & adoration of other sad, little men-children. Back to Bluesky it is, then...
Instead of just promoting work stuff, I scrolled today. Took 2 secs to see crazy Nazi stuff. Yikes.
I was here before Elon, but whatevs.

Hi! Friday (11/15) will be my last day w/ The Daily Gazette! It’s been a wild, fun experience working w/ the Gazette team. They rock. Next week, I’ll join the digital team @ The Times Union, continuing to spotlight people, projects & events around NY's Capital Region. Stay tuned!
For the Halloween ep of the podcast, I talked to Brittany DeMarco-Furman, funeral director at the Glenville Funeral Home. We discussed the art of helping people process grief & death, and the creative side of the funeral industry. Give it a listen here:

I'm lucky to have such amazingly talented friends. I've wanted to profile Paul & post some video from his studio for years. Glad to finally get the chance!

Shout-out to all my fellow dads who would rather spend Father's Day with classic arcade games instead of classic cars.
