im not a big fans of pubs, but wanna watch the game.
i've spent alot of time asking 'what will the future look like'. it's flummuxed me alot. things like the singularity are scary if taken seriously.
but this evening when talking to a friend who grew up in a soviet state my mentality changed. his perspective wasn't 'what will the future look like'. it was 'what do i want the future to look like'.
this is a much better question. the question i should be asking. because the future isn't written. it is there to be written. i know what i want the future to look like and i should act accordingly.
so i finally went to see digger and i am only left with questions.
to preface what’s to come, i did fall asleep which changed everything lol.
then i start to dose off to sleep. i’ve got no idea what’s happening now. i’m in sf and my bag and phone are just lying around for anyone with sticky fingers.
one interpretation of this is that we are receiving contradicting messages.
the other is that wichever message you believe you should pursue. because the future is not determined and belongs to those with agency and taste.
