The news is out! In an historic and nearly unanimous vote, we have authorized a strike.
ALT We voted YES to go on strike! HarperCollins workers deserve fair wages and better protections. Since the company won't take us seriously at the bargaining table, our membership has voted by an overwhelming majority of 99.5% in support of a one-day strike. I stand with Palestinians every single day. Their daily lives are controlled by Israel at every conceivable level. This is apartheid. We cannot derail conversations and make it about hurt feelings and tone policing— it must be about justice for the oppressed of Palestine.
