This summer, I was lucky enough to be a beta tester for @zach_yadegari’s new project, Persona. I learned a ton abt how high level startups operate, but one lesson stood out most: SPEED. The way Zach ran Persona showed me the only real advantage a startup has over a huge corporation, like @Meta, is their ability to make decisions and product adjustments fast, and most importantly, never fall victim to analysis paralysis. Great experience, and 1000% was a huge help for me to get to 10k+/month at 15 y/o.
