Yesterday's game went how I thought it would. JMU is a good team, but we're going to be hard to stop — on any given night we have a bunch of threats. This year feels more real to me. Excited to see how the season plays out. @VCU_Hoops #LetsGoVCU #RamNation #ThePeppaEffect

People will never forget how you made them feel. — Maya Angelou. That's Coach Phil Martelli Jr.: fire and calm in one person. Energy that lifts a room, and a calm that steadies it. Thoughtful, and a special person. Thank you, Coach @pmjr10. @VCU_Hoops #LetsGoVCU #RamNation

I’m a therapist for mostly teen boys and do a lot emotional regulation skill building with them. But I get to see watch VCU bball tomorrow, so I will NOT be practicing what I preach🙏
Being peaceful and being powerless are not the same thing. Become strong enough to have a choice, and wise enough to choose what is right.

So many fans do this but you all don’t understand……. Mindee & Mitchell are F A N S!!
They’ve been there and done that. From bikini tops to final fours and now listening to games with their child. #VCUaThingOfBeauty #ThePeppaEffect
I’m not watching OR listening the game, but for the love of God, can we just watch without overreacting to every single play? No need to crown anyone a superstar or declare someone a bust. Enjoy the game. It’s PRESEASON.
