In retaliation for the attack in Hebron, the IDF done the following: 1) Ethnically cleansed the neighborhoods of al-Jalda and Ein Dir Baha in western Hebron. Well over 20,000 people in total were told to leave their homes with no date of return. Demolitions in the area have already begun. They have nowehere to go and will have nowehere to return to. 2) They cordoned off Hebron, a city of more than 200,000. He also announced a siege on Hebron and Halhul. It is worth noting that the Hebron governorate was already in dire economic straits, with five of seven entrances closed to a region where over 1 million Palestinians live. 3) Launched a military operation which will last a few days.
