I checked the status of flight AI 882. It departed at 4:05 PM against the scheduled 3:55 PM, but arrived in Delhi at 5:15 PM, well before its scheduled arrival at 5:45 PM. On what basis, then, is a 20-minute delay being claimed? Facts must be verified before making allegations.

Someone who can’t read 4 pages of file is heading a government. Irony.
Someone who couldn’t clear CLAT is writing the profile of one of the most erudite CJIs that India had! Irony 😀

"India's Constitution is secular not because Hindu society was inherently secular, but because the freedom struggle, the trauma of Partition, and the historical experiences of the Constitution's framers established the necessity of a secular statendia's Constitution is secular not because Hindu society was inherently secular, but because the freedom struggle, the trauma of Partition, and the historical experiences of the Constitution's framers established the necessity of a secular state."
Hindu Society Is Not Secular Calling Hinduism an inclusive religion is also historically and socially contradictory. I agree with most of the points made by former Chief Election Commissioner @DrSYQuraishi in his podcast, but I fundamentally disagree with his argument that Hindus are secular. India's Constitution is secular not because Hindu society was inherently secular, but because the freedom struggle, the trauma of Partition, and the historical experiences of the Constitution's framers established the necessity of a secular state. Let us not forget that Hindu-Muslim communal violence occurred during Independence and Partition, and communal riots have continued periodically even after Independence. If the majority community were inherently secular, why would constitutional guarantees protecting religious minorities have been considered so essential? Hindu society was not secular in ancient India, although comparing that period with modern secularism is itself problematic because the concept of the modern state did not exist in its present form. Nor can Hindu society in post-Independence India be described as uniformly secular. The second misconception is that Hinduism is inclusive. Inclusive in what sense? Hinduism certainly contains diversity, but diversity and inclusivity are not the same thing. How can a social order historically characterised by caste hierarchy, birth-based privileges, social exclusion, and untouchability be declared inclusive without critical examination? Such a claim may reflect a Brahmanical perspective of privilege that tends to glorify every aspect of the tradition while overlooking its deeply discriminatory structures. The caste system is exclusionary by its very structure. Diversity is not evidence of equality. India has accommodated numerous religions, sects, and cultures, but attributing this entire historical process to the supposed generosity of Hinduism is a gross oversimplification of history. India's social diversity emerged from several factors, including geography, trade, migration, political developments, and struggles among different communities. Even the caste-based and social divisions within Hindu society have historically complicated the consolidation of political power. But the security of religious minorities should never depend on the generosity of the majority or divisions within it. It must rest on constitutional guarantees and equal citizenship. The making of modern India was not some religious miracle either. The integration of more than 550 princely states, along with numerous languages, cultures, and communities, into a single political entity was the outcome of historical struggles, political leadership, and constitutional vision. To present India's diversity as proof of Hinduism's secular character is to reduce the entire history of nation-building to a single religious identity. That is an injustice to the Constitution itself. The secular character of the Indian Constitution does not establish that Hindu society is inherently secular. If Hindu society were naturally secular, why was it necessary to establish secular constitutional principles and protections in the first place? And what is the situation today? In my view, under BJP rule, communal polarisation has not merely been used as a political instrument; it has increasingly been normalised at the institutional level. Both secularism and social inclusion now face serious challenges. This does not mean that secular, liberal, and egalitarian individuals do not exist within Hindu society. Of course they do. But presenting the liberal values of some individuals as the inherent character of an entire religion or society is intellectually dishonest. Secularism is neither a religious inheritance nor an inborn virtue. It is a constitutional and social ideal that must be continuously defended and strengthened. #Hinduism #Secularism #inclusion #Constitution #HinduismIsNotSecularReligion

This is Jamia Millia Islamia, one of India’s most distinguished educational institutions, founded by nationalist Muslim intellectuals in defiance of colonial rule. It is being attacked today by those who had no contribution during the freedom struggle of this nation !

🚨 First #VoteChori. Now a fire at North Block. Questions won't disappear in smoke! A building housing India's Home and Finance Ministries goes up in smoke, with six fire tenders rushing to the spot. The govt says a short circuit caused it. Fine. Then let the facts speak. What was damaged? Were government records affected? What triggered the fire? Has the cause been independently established? At a time when the Modi govt faces questions over electoral transparency and refuses to make crucial #SIR software details public, public suspicion cannot simply be dismissed. Nobody should jump to conclusions without evidence. But neither should the govt expect citizens to stop asking questions. The public deserves facts, not convenient explanations. 🔥

🚨MASSIVE BREAKING : THE HINDU Just drop Biggest BOMB on Traitor Gyanesh & dictator MODI 🔥 (MUST Read & Share) 61,059 applications to delete voters. Filed by election officials themselves. Not ONE gives a reason. 💀 → Form 7 is the form used to object to a voter's name and get it deleted. → In Karnataka, at least 61,059 Form 7s were filed in the name of election officials. One-third of all such forms. → Not a single one mentions a reason. The law says an objection without a reason is liable to be rejected. → The officers named on these forms say the system "auto-generated" them with their digital signatures. → So the same machinery raised the objection, and the same machinery decided who stays. → Between Aug 24 and Sep 23, only 192 such forms were filed by officials. → Then, AFTER the objection period ended, more than 60,800 came in. → On the very last day, Oct 22, officials filed 10,105 forms. → Spot checks found names were already deleted, even for forms filed after the deadline. → It is unclear whether hearing notices, which are mandatory before deletion, were even issued. Now connect the dots. Officials say they didn't fill these forms. The "system" did, with their signatures. Whose system is it? Election Commission's. Who runs the Election Commission? Gyanesh Kumar. So a software is allegedly deleting voters, in the name of officers, without a reason, after the deadline. And nobody, not the voter, not the public, can check why. Bro, imagine. Someone forges your signature on a cheque. The bank says, "Don't worry, the system did it automatically." And the money is already gone before you even find out. That's what is happening to people's VOTE. That's not SIR. That's silent deletion. Gyanesh , who told your software to sign deletion forms in officers' names? Modi , voters deleted without reason, after the deadline. Who is this "system" working for? 🔥🔥🔥

BREAKING: Putin just lost another ally in Europe, and people are celebrating in the streets. Aleksandar Vucic, Serbia’s authoritarian leader and close ally of Trump and Putin, has officially conceded defeat in a historic snap parliamentary election. The student-led opposition movement has won, ending more than a decade of Vucic’s grip on power. Voter turnout reached nearly 70%, the highest since the breakup of Yugoslavia in 1992.
