@jonoalderson I agree with you that the role of schema markup is changing. Building a knowledge graph to manage how your website/content is understood with schema, and then asking it questions will be more important than optimizing for Rich Results or for Google. @schemaapptool

One more thing that I've seen in our Quarterly Business Reviews this quarter are FAQS performing through December :) Yeah, that's fun. I half wonder if they are using the content to inform more than a RR, since FAQ/questions are so prevalent in Chat conversations. @schemaapptool
