Good TED Talk on importance of movement breaks throughout the day for knowledge workers youtube.com/watch?v=rKgtm81y…
Love this definition of “audience” by @arvidkahl share.snipd.com/episode/6037… 38:50
“Your audience is the group of people who *should* be paying attention to you.”
Brilliant. Aspirational, not TAM, not demographic-based… great lens to use

our last agentic engineering meetup in lisbon had 80 people. this thing is growing faster than i can manage.
main takeaways:
- lisbon agentic AI community is getting huge. lots of solo founders, hackers, builders all working on really cool stuff.
- people come for the talks and stay to hang out. so we keep talks at 10 min max (we even vibe coded a timer and alarm). short talks keep quality high.
- we need to build a team of volunteers that can help with everything from filming talks to building agents that plan the events.
thanks to Pia Steiner, @scrollinondubs & Rachel Papirmeister for their talks. and huge thanks for @thenestlisbon for hosting us
DM me if you want to help grow this thing or give a talk at the next one

Just completed a 12-wk fitness program and used my bot to track all metrics. Proud of the results. Just wrote up a post with all the learnings. Highly recommend Bill Phillips’ “Body For Life” program if you’re looking to get in shape.

It's basically a more-capable Open Claw that uses Claude Code as the harness so you can run it for a fixed monthly cost. Have fun with it.
What if all the naysayers who are proclaiming that vibe coding is destroying the software profession have it wrong?
What if the proliferation of tons of bespoke applications built by people at the edges with high degree of domain expertise and low degree of software engineering proficiency actually leads to the next golden era for software devs?

So @MJ_C12 and I built a thing yesterday at AgentsDay: a single MCP that lets you (or your agent) analyze a webpage, scan the top three prediction markets and returns any positive EV bets related to the content of the webpage.
MIT open source. Built on @Cloudflare link below.

Loved hosting @scrollinondubs at @LBS the other day to lead a workshop on Claude Code. Packed house, enormous appetite for students for this sort of practical content.

Crash course on conceptual understanding of the basics you need to begin using Git/Github as a non-technical solo founder to build & maintain an app.
