Unfiltered Advice [Ep. 5] - Business: tokenomics, GTM, listings. Some highlights below: • Start tokenomics early if your token is crucial to the ecosystem or a key part of it, and especially if you need to raise. • Good tokenomics examples? No one-size-fits-all. But fundamentally, don't oversupply the market, don't launch at a high valuation, and ensure the token doesn't create more friction. • Most projects get screwed by MMs that dump tokens with no unlocks, or by CEXs that take tokens for "marketing" and dump those. If you don't have a good CEX with a good MM, launch on a DEX. • GTM - you wont know from start. Need to gather consumer feedback and iterate. Also, understand the problem you are solving, and understand how your product is going to solve it. • Run A/B tests to gather data on user behaviours, iterate, and keep building based on what users want. • When should you listen to users?
