Normalize not touching flight attendants to get their attention. A simple “excuse me” provides better results than a poke, pat, or lower back caress. Really, this extends to anyone whose attention you desire. Stop touching people you don’t know, it’s weird.

Jack Smith's case was rock solid. If not for the obstruction of Judge Cannon, Trump would have gone to trial, then prison. The reason the GOP is questioning Jack Smith is because they know that he knows several of them were co-conspirators. We know too.

The way I do it there’s no smoke - high heat with a bit of water & oil - about 20 seconds, followed by a quick paper towel wipe. I could be doing it wrong but the pan seems happy.

I’m not a real expert, but what I’d do is get the pan wet & leave a bit in pan. Then I add oil & put it on high heat. Only takes a few seconds to heat it up enough to wipe down with paper towels. I have gas burners - electric will take longer.

I actually enjoy curing cast iron pans. It’s oddly satisfying.
