A yolk carries everything needed to build an entire chicken, and nothing else in the shop can say that. It carries choline, the raw material your brain uses to make the chemical of memory. It carries the choline a liver needs to export its own fat, which is why a choline-starved liver fills with it. It carries vitamin A ready-made, not the plant version your body has to convert. It carries vitamin D, one of the few foods on earth that does. It carries K2, the vitamin that steers calcium into bone and out of your arteries. It carries lutein, the pigment your retina is built from. It carries every amino acid you're made of, in such perfect proportion that scientists once scored every other protein against it. A pregnant woman needs more choline than almost anyone alive, and a yolk is the cheapest supply there is. Then, in 1968, the heart association told us to keep it to three a week. Britain's egg consumption roughly halved over the decades that followed. Around 9 in 10 people now fall short of the choline target. Fatty liver, the disease of a liver that can't export its fat, went from unnamed in 1980 to a third of adults. In 2015, the cholesterol limit was quietly dropped, with no apology to the yolks. Nobody rang the millions of people who'd been eating egg-white omelettes for forty years. The chicken still puts everything in the yolk. It was never told about the guidelines.

In 1928 a Chicago paediatrician let babies choose their own dinner from 34 foods, and for six years not one of them chose the way the pamphlet says. Clara Davis took fifteen infants just weaned, and put a tray in front of them at every meal. Beef, lamb, chicken, liver, kidney, brains, bone marrow, fish, eggs, milk, bananas, oats, carrots, peas, cabbage, salt. Nothing processed. No sugar. Nobody steered. The nurse held the spoon, the baby pointed. One boy ate seven eggs a day for a stretch. Another lived on bananas for a fortnight and then would not look at one. They chewed bone marrow. They drank the beef juice. They pushed the greens round the tray. One baby arrived with rickets. She put cod liver oil on the tray and left it there. He drank it, unprompted, until the rickets healed, and then never touched it again. Six years. Not one case of stomach trouble. Not one deficiency. Visitors said they had never seen healthier children. The doctors who examined them wrote it up as the wisdom of the body. Nobody had taught these children that the yolk was bad or the marrow was rich or the cabbage was the healthy part. Left alone with the food, a one-year-old built itself a diet heavy in the animal and ate the plants as a side when the mood took it. The experiment is almost a century old. The pamphlet is still telling his mother to start with the carrot.

The blue zone is ULEZ. Ultra low emission zone. If you have an old car you pay 12.5£ a day to drive IN the zone. The blue dot is me. I drove to Chessington Adventure Park. I drove in. Straight off M25. Parked my car. I'm going to spend all day in the theme park. Literally zero driving done in the whole London. But I still have to pay the ULEZ. Because the zone takes a funny deviation to magically encompass the theme park. There's thousands of cars driving in every day. Driving in and being parked for the whole day. If that's not a text book definition of scam, then I don't know what is.

Women have been handed the plant version of every nutrient for fifty years and then told the tiredness is just being a woman. Told to eat spinach for iron. Spinach iron absorbs at about 2%. The iron in a steak absorbs at up to 35%. Told to take flax for the omega-3. The body turns a few percent of it into the fat the brain actually uses. A mackerel arrives with it done. Told to swap the milk for oat. The milk was where the iodine was, and the thyroid runs on iodine. Told to get B12 from nutritional yeast. Yeast has none until a factory sprays it on. Told to get protein from tofu, which has half what a lamb chop carries and none of the fat to use it. Told to cut the yolk for the cholesterol. The yolk was the choline, and the choline was the baby's brain. Told to go low fat in 1985 and to count calories in 1995, and the hunger that followed got a diagnosis of its own. Three women in ten on earth are anaemic. The advice for all three has been a leaf. Every substitution on that list took the animal off her plate and handed her the deficiency, and then handed her a label for the deficiency. Hashimoto's. Fibromyalgia. Chronic fatigue. Low mood. Perimenopause, arriving at thirty-eight. She was never short of a plant. She was short of a cow. Fifty years of being told to eat like a rabbit, and the fatigue filed under hormones.

The slaves and peasants of history were fed grains, fruits and vegetables, and kept off meat and animal fat by their masters. Today we are told by the institutions to eat grains, fruits and vegetables, and keep off meat and animal fat for our health. Same plate. The master knew exactly what it did: a man on grain and greens is weak enough to control and tired enough not to argue. The only thing that has changed is that you now think it was your idea.

In 2002, a local TV news investigation exposed a CDC study that found babies exposed to mercury in their vaccines were 2.5 times more likely to develop autism. The study was stamped "confidential, do not copy or release." Then the CDC released a different version, and the autism signal was gone. 🧵

Cholesterol cutoffs keep getting more aggressive. What used to be “desirable” under 200 is now treated like a crisis. Doctors push statins on millions of people the moment they hit or go over 200 total cholesterol. Meanwhile, cardiologist Dr. Aseem Malhotra: “There was a dogma that saturated fat causes heart disease. It’s complete bullshit.” He reviewed the data: no relationship. If saturated fat doesn’t cause heart disease, cholesterol isn’t that important a risk factor for most people (only extreme cases). More people than ever are being put on these drugs while the evidence for benefit in low-risk people remains tiny. The numbers keep climbing. The science doesn’t back the panic.

1908: a Smithsonian doctor examines around 2,000 Native Americans still living on game and finds exactly two cases of cancer, in a population where a modern doctor would expect hundreds. 1913: a missionary doctor arrives in Gabon, examines thousands of patients a year living on fish and game, and reports he could not find a single case of cancer. 1920s: a doctor working among Labrador's Inuit on seal, fish and caribou sees no cancer, no appendicitis and no heart disease in a decade, and then watches all three arrive with the trading post. 1935: the first cancer in a Canadian Inuit population is recorded at that post, within a generation of the shop opening. 1964: a cardiologist tests 400 Masai warriors on milk, blood and meat and cannot find a single heart attack, in men eating more saturated fat than anyone in America. 1990: a Swedish doctor examines every adult on the island of Kitava and finds not one stroke, not one heart attack and not one case of diabetes among 2,300 people who have never opened a packet. 2026: half of British people born after 1960 will get cancer, and heart disease kills more people than anything else on earth. The diseases we're told are the price of living longer were so rare in people living on the animal that doctors crossed oceans to confirm it, and came back with the same empty notebook every time. Each of them was told it was a coincidence, and each of those populations was then given the shop. Nobody has ever had to ship cancer to a people. A sack of flour and a drum of seed oil are lighter, and between them they do the job.

🚨 4 YEARS. 3 MONTHS. STILL NO MEDICAL REVIEW. I woke up paralyzed on February 22, 2022, following my Moderna COVID vaccine. I applied to Canada’s Vaccine Injury Support Program in July 2022. It’s now October 2026. I’m living with quadriplegia. I’ve undergone years of neurological testing, MRIs, spinal taps and hospitalizations. Despite countless follow ups, my claim STILL hasn’t received a medical assessment. I haven’t been approved. I haven’t been denied. I haven’t even been medically reviewed. Canada created a program to support people with serious vaccine injuries. So why am I still waiting more than FOUR YEARS just to have my case examined? How many more years are people with permanent disabilities supposed to wait? My name is already on my gravestone. Is that what they are hoping? @GovCanHealth @markcarney PLEASE REPOST. Canadians deserve answers.

Kale carried a weedkiller on nearly 60% of its samples that America banned in an emergency in 2024, over what it could do to babies in the womb. The chemical was DCPA, sold as Dacthal, and it kept the weeds down in exactly the crops the healthy plate is built on: kale, collards, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, bok choy and onions. Europe had refused to approve it back in 2009. America kept it for another 15 years. The government had known since the 1990s that it interfered with the thyroid in animal studies. In 2013 the regulator asked AMVAC, the only company that made it, for a proper study of what it did to the thyroid of a developing baby. The company handed it over in 2022, nine years later. When the regulator read it, the findings were bad enough to skip the queue. A pregnant woman handling the stuff, or simply working in a field after it had been sprayed, could take in four to 20 times the dose considered safe for her unborn child, protective gear and all. The harm ran through the baby's thyroid hormones to low birth weight, impaired brain development, lower IQ and poorer motor skills, some of it for life. A treated field could stay unsafe for 25 days or more. In the first months of pregnancy a baby has no working thyroid of its own and borrows its mother's hormone to build its brain, which is how a chemical that disturbs hers gets to it. So in August 2024 the agency used its emergency suspension power for the first time in almost 40 years. The chemical before it to get that treatment was EDB, in 1983. By October the maker had cancelled the lot. The women in that warning were the ones weeding the kale, cutting it and packing it, in the weeks after the spray went on. And the residue rode out of the field with the crop. When the government last tested kale, DCPA was on nearly 60% of it. The leaf has a go at the same gland on its own account. Like the rest of the cabbage family, kale makes glucosinolates, which break down into compounds that interfere with the thyroid's use of iodine. The weedkiller and the vegetable it was protecting were aiming at the same organ. Kale spent a decade as the leaf a person eats to prove they are taking it seriously, the one in the cold-pressed juice and the massaged salad and the crisps sold in health shops. The healthiest leaf in the shop, by its own reputation, was carrying the one weedkiller its regulator couldn't wait to ban.

Surgeon: "Gallstones. Until we take it out, I want you on a low fat diet. Nothing fried, no cheese, no cream, skimmed milk." Patient: "What does the gallbladder do?" Surgeon: "Stores bile. Squirts it out to digest fat." Patient: "When?" Surgeon: "When fat arrives." Patient: "And if no fat arrives?" Surgeon: "It sits." Patient: "Full of bile. Not emptying. For months." Surgeon: "That's the idea. Rest it." Patient: "What do stones form from?" Surgeon: "Bile that sits too long and thickens." Patient: "So the treatment for a bag that's gone solid from not emptying is to stop emptying it." Surgeon: "The fat triggers the pain." Patient: "The fat triggers the squeeze. The pain is the stone in the door." Surgeon: "Which is why we're removing it." Patient: "What was I eating when the stones formed?" Surgeon: "I'd have to look." Patient: "Low fat. Since 2019. The slimming club." Surgeon: [does not look] Patient: "I've been resting it for six years. It's the best rested organ I own."

I have always respected Tommy Robinson for his work on the rape gangs - he gave evidence to our inquiry, and it was remarkable to hear his level of knowledge. It contributed massively to our findings. Tommy was fair and balanced. I learnt a lot. He has not been treated fairly by our establishment for many years, and today is the latest example of that. To be honest, I believe it is a disgrace. He was right on the rape gangs. The state was wrong. They want to vilify him for that. The media, the justice system, Labour, the Tories, Farage. It was made very clear to me when I was in Reform that I was not to praise Tommy Robinson publicly. I did regardless. The entire establishment is against him. My view is this - he has done more than any politician to uncover the rape gangs, and for that I thank him.

1774: they blew tobacco smoke up drowning victims' backsides to revive them, and the kits hung along the Thames like lifebuoys. 1863: they sold cocaine wine as a daily tonic, and a pope pinned a gold medal on it. 1898: they sold heroin as a cough medicine, and spooned it into coughing children. 1918: they sold radium water as a health drink, and the millionaire who drank 1,400 bottles was buried in a lead-lined coffin with most of his jaw gone. 1921: they put lead in petrol, and Britain kept it in the pumps until 2000. 1930s: they X-rayed children's feet in shoe shops, and kids queued to watch their toes wiggle on the screen. 1940s: they rubbed mercury teething powder into babies' gums, and about 1 in 500 of those babies was poisoned. 1946: they sold cigarettes on the line that more doctors smoked their brand, and put a man in a white coat on the advert. 1949: they gave the lobotomy a Nobel Prize, and doctors went in through the eye socket with an ice pick. 1952: they sold a cigarette filter made of asbestos as the greatest health protection in smoking history, and smokers drew it into their lungs with every puff. 1957: they sold thalidomide to pregnant women for morning sickness, and around 10,000 babies were born with missing or shortened limbs. 1960s: they sold margarine as the heart-healthy fat, and spread trans fat on a generation's toast. 1996: they sold OxyContin as barely addictive, and started an overdose epidemic. 1999: they sold Vioxx for sore joints, and pulled it five years later after tens of thousands of heart attacks. 2026: they're selling seed oil as the heart-healthy fat, and it's in almost every packet in your kitchen. Every one of these came with an expert's blessing and the same total certainty. The people telling you which fat to fear today sit in the same chairs as the ones who put radium in the water and a doctor on the cigarette packet, and they're every bit as sure. "The experts recommend it" has the longest body count in medicine.

Constipation on carnivore means you've gone lean, and the cure is the thing the diet was supposed to be built on in the first place. Meat is almost entirely absorbed. There's very little left over to pass, so a carnivore going once a day or once every two days, comfortably, isn't constipated. That's what happens when food stops being mostly packaging. The bran that used to bulk everything out was never doing you a favour; it was a cargo you paid to carry through. The actual complaint, hard, dry, an effort, is a different thing, and it has one cause. Fat. Fat is what moves the gut. A fatty meal tells the gallbladder to empty, bile goes in, and bile is the body's own laxative, which is why a pound of lean steak sits like a brick and the same steak with the cap on and a knob of butter melting over it goes through like it was expected. Lean mince, chicken breast, egg whites and a tin of tuna is a plate with the plumbing turned off, and the person eating it blames the meat. So the fix is never fibre and never a sachet. It's the butter you were told to leave off, the 20% instead of the 5%, cream in the coffee, the fat cap eaten first. Within a day or two the problem has gone, and it stays gone as long as the plate shines. Which is the point. A diet of meat only works when the fat is on it. Take the fat off and you have a bodybuilder's cut with worse manners, and the gut is the first thing to file a complaint. Carnivore is high fat by definition. The bathroom is where people find that out.
