😁 small surprise: tagging @sepoagent on github does the same, but it makes things tidier (as all chats are organized cleanly with issues and PRs and all the memories and rubrics are inspectable in the agent/memory and agent/rubrics branch
In Sepo, we find that GitHub actions secretly has quite the ingredients for managing complex workflows: when you tag @sepoagent in your repo, it will route to different workflows per your request and orchestrate multiple agent sessions to accomplish the task.
I want some kind of LLM workflow tool.
• Ability to manage a set of input files (Markdown or similar), plus other general-purpose context.
• With real-time collaboration. (And maybe some concept of snapshots or VCS integration.)
• And the ability to create/manage a inference workflows and a stored set of prompts.
• Access to general-purpose coding agents (and not just chat models).
• Some concept of compiled outputs/inference results (which ideally can be shared externally).
Many projects have this feeling: "there is all this stuff, which I want to process/compute over in this iterated way, with some build artifacts being important/worth saving." GNU Autotools x Notion or something. Is anyone building this?

Check out the Self-evolving Repository (szj.io/posts/sepo.html) by @shannonzshen. We actually use it to run @augmind_fm. It works really well and made me realize that the people/agents we want to work with shouldn’t just have certain skills — they also need inner rubrics!!
Replying to @shannonzshen
And @sepoagent learns! When a maintainer pushes back, Sepo distills feedback into rubrics and checks every future PR against them. Agents stop repeating mistakes you've already corrected.
The repo evolves with your team — that's the "self-evolving repository."

Claude Code on GitHub that self-evolves. Leave your laptop on your desk 😌Check out @sepoagent !
Meme: when a singer has to debug on the go.
"Evolve your repo, not just your agent."
Self-evolving repository (SEPO) is a fun idea that I’ve been exploring recently. @sepoagent turns any GitHub repo into a shared workspace for humans and coding agents.

.@shannonzshen & I've had too many convs about the right UI for human-AI collab...then figured if agents are invited to team work, why not invite them to workspaces humans already know well? Being on GitHub alone preps me to handoff longer tasks to my async teammate
