Elsewhere is evolving to be more than just a late-night café coworking space for builders. Beyond being a third space with extended hours, we realized it’s equally about the high density of cracked ppl we bring together as it is having reliable work infrastructure when everything else is closed. What WeWork didn’t have 10 years ago was visibility into who was in their space at any given time. People bought subscriptions for desks and WiFi without ever talking to the people around them — yet someone sitting 2m away could be the exact expert needed to move past a blocker. But you never would have thought (or known) to ask. Introducing Elsewhere Experiments: a new initiative exploring how we can leverage AI & data to generate better in-person interactions in physical spaces. We’re building the intelligence layer for physical spaces. Because right now, everything about real-world collaboration is left to chance.
