On today in particular, the 70th anniversary of the UN Refugee Convention, it beggars belief that the wonderful @RNLI feel the need to post this. #keepgoing #ThankYou #UNHCR70 #TogetherWithRefugees 🧡

It’s really interesting and inspiring @CerealsEvent to hear about regenerating soils as a ‘total living ecosystem as opposed to just a growing medium’ as farmers seek to enrich their capacity for carbon capture as much as high-yield productivity. Good for flood alleviation too.

It's so bad, I'm saying it twice:
Cases up 78%.
Of today's 16,000 confirmed cases:
- 1,600 will suffer with long covid - lifetime impact unknown
- 645 will wind up in hospital
and
- 64 will die.
This is not acceptable, and nothing is being done to stop the wave. Nothing.

To mark the launch of 'We've Got This' with @Solace_UK we are counting down the 7 #NolanPrinciples that form the ethical standards expected of public office holders, from a front line social worker to a chief executive, to the Prime Minister himself. #1 is Selflessness
