Wanna see what real Rangers in a Sci-Fi setting? Check out Forgotten Ruin by @RealNickCole and @jasonanspach from @wargate ...

Just finished listening to Sgt. Thor: The Slayer (Cover Art below) from the @wargate authors via Podium Audio, great listen, especially like the stuff about "The Temple of the Hidden King". You definitely want this one if you're a fan of the other Sgt. Thor/Forgotten Ruin books. But if you find a story about a modern American warrior transported into a High Fantasy situation it works as standalone too. Another example of the great stuff they're putting out over at @Wargate & Podium Audio

This is a horrible take. I can, and do, go places with a firearm and additional magazines. That doesn’t mean I’m not peaceful. It means I’m prepared. Horrible take, poor explanation. Don’t limit my rights
🚨 JUST IN: FBI Director Kash Patel drops STRAIGHT TRUTH NUKE
"NO ONE who wants to be peaceful shows up at a protest with a firearm that is loaded with two full magazines! That is NOT a peaceful protest, and you do not get to touch law enforcement."
"You do that anywhere, this FBI is going to be leading the charge to arrest those." @FBIDirectorKash

The Second Amendment protects the right to Keep and Bear Arms in both public places and the home (see NYSPRA v Bruen, and D.C. v Heller).
Protesters (or observers) are legally allowed to bring weapons to defend themselves at protests that can turn violent (Kyle Rittenhouse)

Da Da Da, by Trio (1982). A surprise worldwide hit, with a highly repetitive and stripped back sound that made Kraftwerk sound raucous by comparison. Trio was part of the Neue Deutsche Welle, the post-punk/New Wave sound of West German music which had a surreal, sometimes DaDa-esque vibe.
The song was famous for using the Casiotone VL1, a pocket sized synthesizer, rhythm box and sequencer that many considered a toy. You programmed it like a calculator using the miniature musical keyboard. Trio used the Rock-1 rhythm preset and the Piano voice for Da Da Da, if you want to emulate it at home.

The U.S.S. Robert A. Heinlein Campaign!
We want the new Secretary of the Navy – John Phelan -- to name a future DDG-51 Flight III
destroyer for Robert A. Heinlein.
**************************
It is the prerogative of the Secretary of the Navy to name Navy vessels. Navy policy is to name destroyers for deceased members of the Navy.
We want the new Secretary of the Navy – John Phelan -- to name a future DDG-51 Flight III destroyer for Robert A. Heinlein.
This would happen if lots of people write asking him to name a future Arleigh
Burke-class destroyer for Heinlein.
Phelan's address is:
The Honorable John Phelan
Secretary of the Navy
Room 4E686
Defense Pentagon
Washington, D.C. 20301
More information may be found at the Campaign website.
USSRobertAHeinlein.com
What To Do --
• Write John Phelan; ask him to name a U.S. Navy vessel the
U.S.S. Robert A. Heinlein.
• Get as many others as you can to do the same!
• Spread the information on the Campaign as far and as wide as possible!
Can I get a letter?

A common justification for mass surveillance is “it stops crime.”
But it’s mostly used to crush dissent, target non-mainstream views, and sell ads.
Safety is the excuse. Control is the result.
